This is my favorite workout routine. Thank you for this. I do this for pre-season ski training, and I also add in standing 360 axel jumps to work on my 360 spin strength and balance for jumps. 10/10 routine.

Does anyone take their feet out of the pointe shoes but still have the ribbons and elastics on? I sometimes do that in between classes so its easy to slip them back on Also first comment!

As someone used to do ballet for 3 days 😂 I wanted to say that the ballet ones were very confusing. Quick question, will this help get ballet shaped body. If so I will do it until I have athlete body and do ballet again. I used to find it hard and gave up. But I feel more confident, I felt sweaty all throughout this workout. Which just proves it’s good ❤

I just wanted to ask if a non-ballet dancer could do this workout. Because i just did it and i couldnt do most of those correctly but i wanna have a ballerina body, so i just thought i could do this workout every day. The reason i failed at doing some of the exercises is because i have never done ballet in my life and this is also my first time doing a ballet workout. I just wanna make sure that its safe for someone like me
