I did this workout 3 days ago. My glutes & butt were in fire; I couldn't sit or walk without any pain! I think the squats killed me cause I didn't workout for a month but I did the 7 minutes to lose belly fat workout during a week before try this one. Now I'm back to show my muscles who's the boss even if the pain is still there.

Thank you for always making these videos that make it where anyone can do them. I appreciate it! I love how you taught me that I can sweat, have high intensity, but low impact moves . I always thought I’d have to jump to do it. So glad to have found you during 2020!

One of the happy things that came out of that Covid mess is you doing workouts from home where we get to see the princesses running through! Love the shot of Sultana at the end. 🐱 Also- great ten-minute workout!

Liked trying this kettlebell workout. The bent leg on box behind me moves were hard on my knees. I appreciated the warm-up and cool-down being built in to the workout. I'd like to try other kettlebell workouts. 👍

Hi Lucy! Your channel has helped me a lot. I created a playlist with my favourite workouts of yours and I have a question for you. Some of the workouts are HIIT and some of them are lying down on the floor. Would you recommend I do the HIIT first and then the floor ones, or vice versa, or maybe do one HIIT then one on the floor and continue this way? I want to reorder my playlist in the best way possible. It is public, you can check it out if you want to. My goal is to lose 7 kg and get my muscles nicely sculpted.
