@@ORSKATEROR 1 month isn't gonna change my looks. But, now I can do more and more intense workouts. I can handle more than I could before when I was not fasting. Hopefully after Ramadan is over, Ill try to adjust my diet because that's what's gonna make a difference. Losing weight isn't my goal because it is easy, I've lost a lot of weight before by eating less. But, it's about the journey and how much stronger my body gets. How healthy I become physically and mentally.

Day 10- First time I didn’t do the workout in the morning, kept pushing it back and almost said I’ll do it tomorrow. Changed my mind now at 9pm and decided not to quit!! Already down 5kg at day 10, probably water weight but still nice to see.

Day 6 - Part A [Complete] (0:34) Love jumping jacks! (1:36) Always appreciate squats (they burn). (2:34) I still can't do burpees worth shit. With time though, I'll hopefully be decent. (3:35) I suck at pushups too... (4:35) Lunges, like squats, are always good (also burn, like squats). (5:35) I'm still dogshit at these... (6:36) Diggin' Supermans. (7:36) I've definitely improved at the rhythm of Climbers. I'm liking them more & more every time I do them (but am out of breath at the end each time). (8:36) Similar to squats, I enjoy these. (9:35) Bro... I can't do burpees for shit. I can't do pushups for shit. I am also terrible at these lmao. Did "Girl pushups" for these to make them do-able for me, and still felt like they did their job afterwards... I need to do better form (and speed) wise with burpees, pushups & climbers. Otherwise, this workout was nice. I can see the prior days starting to form together now, and I think things are about to get more difficult than they've already been from here on out haha. Bro I can't do pushups to save my life, I went in with full motivation, like full testosterone levels and everything and can't do more than a few seconds and then I do the girly push ups for a few more seconds and then I literally can't do anymore, and then like 10 seconds later he wants me to do a pike push up and I try my all and then my arms literally give out from under me, but it feels good to give my all

So i was watching Greekgodx doing your workouts on his stream and thought to myself "This looks super easy, why would i even bother doing these workouts?". Then i decided to check out your channel and do this workout. Booy am i freaking happy that i made that decision! This workout kicked my ass like no other! I had a lot of fun doing it and found that blasting through it with minimal rest (i had to rest here and there though, this was brutal, gonna try to keep them to an absolute minimum in the future) was actually better for me, because i find that if i rest for too long i'd start slacking on the rest of my workout. I also found that 10 minutes was just perfect for me, because i'd get bad headaches and would want to vomit if i continued for much longer on other workouts similar to this one. Now i have a goal in mind to do this to the point where it becomes easy for me, of course i'd switch the workouts here and there because it'll eventually get boring. And i am committed to do this daily for either 30 days or when i reach my desired weight and i'll try to stick to it even after that. And whoever is reading this, if you are considering doing this workout and you think it's super easy or you don't really want to do it believe me, it's not easy, it's not boring, it's amazing! And you'll feel great for doing it afterwards + it's just 10 goddamn minutes! Everybody has that kind of time. So i just wanted to thank you, BullyJuice, for making these workout videos and spreading so much positivity and motivation! This got me back on track with working out since i slacked off for waay to long during this pandemic and i've once again become a blob. Keep doing what you're doing, much love to you, and stay safe! 7 minutes or so in when we were doing the pushups I got pissed at myself cause I was only able to do 5 or so, normally being able to do like 35-40 good pushups.. Guess I've never really done HIIT. Thought I wasn't giving it my all, thought I was incapable and not giving it 100%, but in reality was about to pass out lol. Looking forward to coming back to this workout on my second time through this plan and hopefully get closer to finishing it with good form.

This was tough for day 6, need some rest breaks thrown in. I'm proud to say I did it with very little rest but a true beginner might struggle and end up missing whole exercises because they need rest. Loving the program so far though bro, thanks for all you do!

Day 6: I was so NOT prepared for this..! Had to pause the workout 2 times while desperatly gasping for air, almost fainted. Also, my chest is still soure from day 4, so i couldn't do much push-up's and not even think about the claps in between, wich really hit my motivation hard. It feels like i couldn't really follow along and not clear this with an atleast "well done" imo. Hope next day things will look better.
