Daniel Daniel, both Q12 and R15 are joseki. It is a matter of choice. After R15, white Q11, black R14, white R13, black R13, white S12.

After white shoulder hits against the one-space pincer, I've seen one source say it's wrong for black to play on top at Q12 and that black should instead play R15. What is up with this? I'm trying to handle pincers less clumsily in my games and this video helps, but I want to clear that up.
