Thank you! I'm in good shape, but after cancer surgery in my lat muscle, I've had trouble recovering. A friend recommended Pilates and this video is a great starting point. I'm even having trouble driving long distances and I can tell this is going to help a lot. Going to start by doing this every day. Of course, if you see this and have any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks again!

Good morning Jessica! I am currently 25 weeks pregnant & I did this exercise with modifications since I am in the 2nd trimester of the pregnancy. I have been experiencing leg cramps & stiffness in my hips as the pregnancy progresses, but doing these exercises helped loosen them up in a safe way. Thank you for all the videos that you do & the modifications that you show for people like me.

Get some aerobic type stuff in too and that will help your circulation as well.

I found this channel 2day by chance and I knew that this channel will be my biggest challenge and achievements in 2023! I always love Pilates and this is best one I found ❤

I LOVE the 'switch it up challenge'. Thanks Jessica. When I don't have time to hunt for a specific workout, I like to choose two or three of these workouts to get the mix of cardio, strengthening or mobility I need that day. But I'd just like to comment on this one, that we should 'be afraid' of crunches if we have osteoporosis or osteopenia. It is important to avoid forward flexion, especially with twisting or a load. During this part of the video I leave my head down and bring alternate legs to tabletop to get some abdominal work.

I really enjoyed today's workout, too, Jessica. With my recovering after surgery, I use a lot of mat workouts and the meniscus pain relieving stretching from your channel everyday. Thank you so much for being my guiding light as always, even in my hard time. 🙏🙏

Hi Jessica, once again I will have this video in my daily arsenal. I too am recovering from a prolapse. Thinking it was a grade 3 or 4. Had a hyst with combo bladder mesh etc... I had a 4th degree laceration with my first child. Dr back then said after menopause might cause some problems. Which it did. It was a good decision to have the surgery and had great results.. Thanks for including your personal issues..I sure related to you.. Thank you.

Great video! The timing is spot on. These exercises are awesome. Question for you... have you ever tried Next Level Diet? I got a fat-loss meal plan from them that's worked wonders for me.

How do I learn how to pick up my arms and legs at the same time as you do in this video, lying on your stomach? My back muscles won't let me! I can lift one arm and the opposite leg, but it is impossible to lift all 4- legs and arms. Also impossible to lift up just my arms, lying on stomach!!

What is the best way to modify exercises that require laying on your side? My outer hips hurt anytime I lay on my side even on a soft mat so those exercises are hard for me. Thanks
