If you or anyone you know has dealt with psychotic episodes or manic episodes I hope you find healing and a proper support system. I want to let you know that God loves you a lot and he has a great plan for your life, please look for him and follow the guidance of the Bible with no exceptions which is contrary to a lot of beliefs nowadays. God wants to save you so please don’t hesitate to trust him, if you do he will fight all of your battles and walk by your side all the days of your life, you will never be alone again, even on the hardest days because he will be with you always. You might be going through hard times, so keep these words in mind that God gives hope to the hopeless and he heals any wounds including the ones from the heart, and he can do the same for you. I feel like when I make a lot of mistakes people want to punish me and it's been giving me anxiety to the point where I feel like I'm being targeted. The brain is a very powerful thing. It will overpower you. Its hard when you among others are at a disadvantage over something you cant control. Just know that we are alive and we are human. We will have good and bad times. The good will always outweigh the bad. You just have to learn to enjoy the little things and i believe you tend to do so. I've heard your laughs in here, so its good to know that you arent dry and numb on the inside. We all have issues, thats the bottom line. We all have different demons. But as the day is long and you are alive and walking, you'll find yourself a sense of contentment at some point. Even if its temporary. Im glad to see you're alive and well.

I seriously hope your situation improves and we'll be at your side as long as we need to. Peace! PS: I didn't know until today that the ruminating was part of my autism. I thought that was just me! And the anxiety gets to where I can't move. I rather see ghost and figures then see pictures of people I seen today and thinking they hear the negative thoughts that being said by the voice I hear thinking it's gonna cause a problem when they see me again. It's sad to because I think about the same thing everyday for years lost allot of time in my life. Group therapy is awesome tho you hear everyone's experience. I 100% agree about how frustrating it can be with learning other people's brains and other people learning my brain. At the job I work at, there's a bar area that I really would like to learn so I can do it myself. But cos there is so much to take in, I can only take it all in properly when it's quiet and when I'm not under any pressure, something that's impossible at our place cos it's open 7 days a week. And cos I can't process info quickly and cos I need reminding several times how to do it, I get cold feet and back out when there's a chance for me to learn it. And it's admittedly really disheartening when I'm told that I've already been taught how to do it cos it doesn't matter when I'm being taught very briefly. On another note, it's good to hear you not having another episode Cobi. And looking forward to hearing some of your experiences.

Years ago when I was around 6 my dad brought me an Xbox 360, a day or 2 later I brought my first game, Sonic Unleashed which to this day is my favourite game despite all the mixed reviews around it. As a dumb kid I couldn’t pass the levels so my dad searched up for gameplay of the game and then I first found out about Coby. I didn’t pay much attention to him I just watched his videos but around 1.5 years back I decided to look back at him and I noticed that he hasn’t uploaded in 2 years. Didn’t think much of it, thought he might of just didn’t have the motivation for little kid games for 10 years. When I found about what happened and all the videos he posted about all the stuff he went through, I must of been watching all of it for at least an hour, I felt tears down my face. By every few months or so I come and check up on him and I couldn’t be more happy to see him improving. Thank you for making my childhood Coby.

And like you said, some people barely know about depression and anxiety let alone other common mental health issues. My damn UNCLE said to me last year “did you know you could have depression and anxiety at the same time?!” Like…..bro… lol and to make things worse, his son has Schizophrenia and is not very supportive of his moments of crisis and is not involved in his recovery process at all. It's good hearing from you again, Cobi. I remember getting defensive over one of my friends talking about their autism and how I could be as well, but I was pushing the idea of it away because I thought to myself: "nah, that can't be me, I don't act XYZ all the time". Meanwhile, I look up "autistic masking" and low and behold, no wonder 😅 I also think poor media representation screws up peoples' perception on mental illness/autism a lot of the times, so when a person with those disorders acts differently irl, most tend to point fingers and complain about how that isn't the "right way" to be something.

I'm so glad to hear you speaking openly about your conditions; it's a strong step to some sort of normality (whether you recover or learn to live with it)! You've got this king! I don't have Schizophrenia, but I have Borderline Personality Disorder with a lot of psychotic symptoms, and there's nothing worse than feeling alone while your brain slips in and out of reality. Always remember that your community has your back and we're here to support you the best we can.

Cobi. My aunt who's over 54 years old experiencs psychosis and schizophrenia, she is paranoid to the extent where she always thinks the government is spying on her, she walks around late at night talking to herself and crying saying that she is getting treatened from the government and such. She pushed my grandmother who lives with my aunt out of fear and it wasnt on purpose but she deals with it and she even misreads the labels on her psychosis/mental medications telling her the devil is out for her. You're not alone don't worry we're all rooting foor you.

You are not alone and I totally understand. I have autism and have been through hell and back so I get what your going through bro. I've been watching you for well over 10 years. You made my childhood. I feel like making gaming videos again and going back to doing what you love would make you feel somewhat better. We all miss you lots and hope the best to you. ❤ Love and respect, Rocky.

I’m so happy to hear your voice again Cobi, literally my childhood was wrapped around your channel, personally, I have no experience with autism or anything, but I have had friends that have gone through difficult times because of their problems and it is heartbreaking to hear about what they have gone through, and that you are going through similar times, but until the day I die, I will support you always, stay blessed ❤

Sorry to hear all the bad you’ve gone through. I won’t go into my mental health or my autism and how it’s made me feel, (plus I’m not the best at explaining) but I hope you will be able to recover ❤️🩹

"hey man I would love to hear your side. Maybe I can lead you in the right direction. The best way to help your autism is to just research it online. Sometimes you have to just type how you think like..."autism why do I have trouble fitting in" or "autism I can't understand jokes" or "autism strengths and weaknesses". That's what helped me."

I had friend who went through something like this and it put a big impact on her life especially when school came around. She was nervous about no one was paying attention to her until I showed up and got her the help she needed. Recently she called me and told me she was feeling better in life the she was. I hope your feeling better than ever Cobi.

Thank you for the update, Coban. I used to come home from school and watch your playthroughs in elementary and middle school. Truly sad to hear everything that's happened since... You deserve to be happy man, and I genuinely hope you get the help *specific* towards you on the spectrum. I'm rooting for you!

It was nice listening to this Cobi I’m autistic as well (ADHD) I constantly feel like I have to always try hard to impress the people around me and I grew up as a good person to help out anyway I can no matter what even if I feel like I don’t fit in anywhere
@cobanermani45610 ай бұрын
"yes that term is called autistic masking. You try to mimic peers to 'fit in' but because our brains process differently it can be socially awkward or completely flawed. I hope you are able to find the proper support and guidance. I never did unfortunately but if you research your disorder you will be able to find solutions to fill some of those gaps. Hope that helps man"

When you don't know you have the disorder it makes it harder to know how to fix your issues. Just look up what you feel you struggle with and you'll find more info"
