@@macandcheese30 I understand your position. I mostly attribute the “slandering” on the strong Jordan fan base. When legends speak of the players of the today, (as far as I’ve heard) most of the criticisms given is based on play and for it be more well rounded and better (fundamental). The time where one could say it felt personal was when today’s players are told, “Hey! You wouldn’t be able to play during my day!” I believe that is due to lackluster play, the complaining, and the flopping that’s done to such a higher degree than any other time. I believe all that the legends wanted was today’s players to be better. Versus the media telling viewers and fans that legends of the game were essentially bums and played against “plumbers and firemen” or “we’re done with the 90’s” or “Jordan didn’t have a left hand” - in a way to diminish their legacy and history. Without them, today’s players wouldn’t have the success today. There’s a reason Jordan never publicly said he was the GOAT. For respect of the game. While Lebron in 2016, said he was the GOAT and that public statement rubbed many people the wrong way. All I’m trying to do here is provide proper context

Lebron is the clutches Player of all time and this is why. the pressure that comes along with a clutch shot from lebron james isn’t the same for everyone else. the pressure that’s put on lebron to be great has been there since he was 10 years old. and because he overachieved the pressure only gets heavier for every minute he plays or played on a basketball court. so if you put him in the clutches moment of a basketball game. the pressure on his shoulders are heavier than any person to dribble a basketball. plus he has the most clutch points EVER BY FAR
