I remember that 2018 game between the Cavs and Minnesotta. Bron literally blocked Butler in the last few seconds, called a timeout then proceeds to hit the game winner against Butler. He did Butler dirty during the final moments of the game lol

@@macandcheese30 I understand your position. I mostly attribute the “slandering” on the strong Jordan fan base. When legends speak of the players of the today, (as far as I’ve heard) most of the criticisms given is based on play and for it be more well rounded and better (fundamental). The time where one could say it felt personal was when today’s players are told, “Hey! You wouldn’t be able to play during my day!” I believe that is due to lackluster play, the complaining, and the flopping that’s done to such a higher degree than any other time. I believe all that the legends wanted was today’s players to be better. Versus the media telling viewers and fans that legends of the game were essentially bums and played against “plumbers and firemen” or “we’re done with the 90’s” or “Jordan didn’t have a left hand” - in a way to diminish their legacy and history. Without them, today’s players wouldn’t have the success today. There’s a reason Jordan never publicly said he was the GOAT. For respect of the game. While Lebron in 2016, said he was the GOAT and that public statement rubbed many people the wrong way. All I’m trying to do here is provide proper context

Lebron is the clutches Player of all time and this is why. the pressure that comes along with a clutch shot from lebron james isn’t the same for everyone else. the pressure that’s put on lebron to be great has been there since he was 10 years old. and because he overachieved the pressure only gets heavier for every minute he plays or played on a basketball court. so if you put him in the clutches moment of a basketball game. the pressure on his shoulders are heavier than any person to dribble a basketball. plus he has the most clutch points EVER BY FAR
@Robss_

People use to say that he’s weak minded and can’t handle pressure, while in reality he came into the nba with unprecedented pressure and still exceeded the expectations. Nobody ever had to handle THAT level of pressure since he entered the league. If Bron would’ve been anything less than a first ballot HOF he would’ve been considered a bust by his standards, let that sink in.

He has won 4 championships, holds the all time points record, he is redefining age by being 40 years old and is still in the league, and is now playing in the league with his son, is the all time assists leader, 5x NBA All-Defensive First Team, 4x All-NBA Third Team, 3x All-NBA Second Team, 13x All-NBA First Team, 3x NBA All Star Game MVP, 20x NBA All Star, 4x NBA MVP, 4x NBA Finals MVP. In the span of 21 years now 22 years, MJ didn’t have LeBron’s type of hype in high school, and Kobe never had a the kind of rookie career like LeBron had, and if the US Men’s National Team wins gold this year it would be because of LeBron and being carried by LeBron’s shoulders, as he did in high school and Cleveland, he would surpass MJ in the GOAT debate. But what he did, what he went through as a kid, living with a single parent to get where he is right now, and at this point in his lustrous career is nothing short of amazing. And no he wasn’t getting all of the fame in high school just because he deserved it, or that his face was on the magazine, it was solely based on how he played the game, and the way he was gravitating people with his play, that was the reason way he got the fame the way he did. All I’m trying to say is that he doesn’t deserves to be called the GOAT, he earned it through hard work and his relentless determination.

For the ppl saying Jordan wasn’t as clutch as LeBron, Jordan didn’t need be clutch because he didn’t let the games get close.
