I always think about that. But I suspect Zozi wouldn't have been given a chance at a triple, the same way Natasha didn't even place the year after Zozi won. Even though most predictions had her on the top 16.

She is unforgettable for being a cheater, a fraud who never deserved to win and obviously the worst Miss Universe winner in the history of this pageant. Maritza Sayalero Miss Universe 1979 & Venezuela's 1st had a strange phenomenon to deal with. When she won Miss Venezuela she did not get to walk down the stage in her glorious moment as a fight broke out on the stage. The second runner ups family physically attacked one of the judges feeling she deserved better! After she won Miss Universe in Australia she walked down the stage and then sat on her throne & the entire stage collapsed! She was luckily not injured. Hows that for pageant drama & trivia?!

Over the last three decades... Whoever won the Miss Universe title from USA, Only Brook Lee, Olivia Culpo and R'Bonney Gabriel were the deserving Queens Rest all are undeserving 💯 Just compare Chelsi Smith's answer with the first runner up's (Miss India) answer Miss India's answer was strong and on to the point. Also there are rumours that one of the judges forgot to put score for Miss India's final answer Also, During that time back to back was uncommon. That's why Undeserving Miss USA won.

There is nothing like "Miss Universe looks" Maybe Lana buckburger's performance is best. But, after reaching the Top 6, all the scores are erased. From there onwards, QnA matters. If you still think looks matters, Go and search Manpreet's latest pics. She's more beautiful than Chelsi Manpreet's answer was short, but strong. Also her Top 6 QnA was very strong compared to others

When one failed on an international level that means you have already won at least one pageant, your national one, so that is small comfort to those who couldn't even get to the national level. I think the biggest inspiration of trying and trying again is Deshauna Barber, who won Miss USA 2016 but not after she finally won a state title on her SEVENTH consecutive try and last year of eligibility. So many would've given up on their third try.

Catriona’s loss at Miss World was one of the most controversial losses because she was the favored winner. The national director of Miss World Philippines then even gave up the franchise that same year because of the perceived injustice.

What I notice and have always noticed is that most of the crossover contestants first choose to go to Miss World but failed that's y went to Miss universe. But why they choose Miss World as their first priority when they know Miss universe is the biggest pageant. And there are not 5 or 10 contestants but manyyyyyyyyyyyyyy contestants. And Is Miss World so hard to win that these contestants fail at Miss World but win other pageants.

This year, there was Solaris Barba (Miss World Americas 2018). Such a shame. Solaris was one of my favourite Latin American contestants at MU2022. But sadly, she went unplaced.

Let's be fair with Philippines. Aside from the four MU winners since 1952, we're supposed to have six (6) MU winners already. What happened b4 was that MUO was not used to having Philippines to really win Miss Universe. It's just that they are not used to having Philippines as winner. Remember what happened in 1999 and 2012. It's pretty obvious that Philippines, Merriam Quiambao, should have won Miss Universe over Botswana and not just 1st Runner Up. I'm not discounting Black people because Philippines embraced diversity but comparing Philippines and Botswana in 1999, Philippines really stood out and stunning over Botswana. You see? Again in 2012, Janine Tugunon, Philippines vs. Olivia Culpo, USA, the last two standing. It's pretty obvious that Philippines should have won Miss Universe why because Janine, Philippines was crowd's favorite, remember! In terms of Physical appearance or vital statistics, the hips of Janine was like Coca Cola body coz her hips was just 23 inches, just imagine that? And when it comes to pasarella, Janine nailed it. Philippines had edge over USA in terms of physical features in swimsuit and gown categories. We knew that Philippines had edge over USA, but granting everything was equal before Q&A. Hence QandA was the deciding factor that time. OMG, in terms of adequacy and degree of difficulty for an MU question, it was thrown to Philippines and not to USA, coz USA's question was just easy and not so relevant question. But Janine's question was so relevant and was already a winning question, aside from the fact that Janine, Philippines, really deserved to be crowned as MU than USA, but USA won due to homecourt advantage. But it's okay, right now people of the world already knew that Philippines is truly the powerhouse of Beauty and Brains, because Philippines is noted to be the no.1 pageant lover in the world. If you only knew that Philippines has now 7,641. It's normal for Philippines to have pageants in almost all islands in the barangays. Just imagine that? But majority of pageants was obviously influenced by LGBT community- for your trivia!

In 1999, it was Spain who was leading the pack but the final question played a huge part in determining the final outcome. If anything, it was Spain who was robbed when she won two of the three semi-finals round and was first in the top 6 question. in 2012, it was Venezuela who was the favorite, but after she flubbed her final answer, the door was opened for someone else to win and Olivia did it with by tackling a much difficult question and showcasing her personality, Do you really expect Janine to say that Miss Universe MUST speak English? Her question had only one answer. And have we forgotten how Filipinos were angry at only Shamcey Supsup in the top 5 answered in English so you are were complaining how Miss Universe should be able to speak English? I think Janine's question was karma. So stop sour grapeing and rewrite history because Mpule and Olivia won fair and square.
