-central Wisconsin: Great tips! Here’s a tip I discovered, and I do this when I make my produce smoothies in a 64 ounce container, -which lasts me generally 3 days. So, I like 4 to 5 scoops of protein powder in mine, and for the example here, we’ll say we’re doing 4 scoops total. Hold back the last scoop until it’s completely blended (I blend for 2 minutes). Then add in the last scoop, and blend for 5 seconds (approx), & blending this on high speed is fine. This will add texture to your smoothie, giving it a little bit of a grit feel, but nowhere near chaulk like, & yes my smoothies include ice cubes (usually around 10 ice cubes). I stumbled across this by accident, and I found I actually prefer making my smoothies like this now. Oh yes, when I come home from the grocery store after buying kale (usually in bag form) & cauliflower, I transferred the kale into 2 -freezer Ziploc bags (gallon bags) & put them in the freezer for use in smoothies. I then cut up my cauliflower, put it into 1-freezer Ziploc bag (gallon bag), and I put this in the freezer too (& don’t forget to squeeze out the air in the Ziploc bags before putting them in the freezer. These frozen produce work great in smoothies, AND you don’t have to worry about them going bad quickly in the fridge, especially the cauliflower. I could probably do the same thing with my celery, but I just put that in the fridge vegetable drawer, along with my other produce I use in the fridge (as long as the drawers have room).

I outline most of my videos, instead of scripting the whole thing. That explanation of “less is more” was me, in real time, thinking to myself “don’t over explain this”

egg whites? - thought you guys were vegan. I do not need to add a heaping mess of unhealthy and animal abuse ingredients to my shake. Not appetizing.

Yeah I got into egg whites early in this journey. And while we teach plant based recipes now, we feel my story is important to tell - having stumbled upon a family who said they were vegans without saying where they came from might have halted me in my tracks and I wouldn’t be where I am today

Do you guys work for vitamix or something? If not way to capitalize on a product by getting money from referral codes and links.
