I have tried countless things. The single things that really worked in my case: A nutritious diet, proper sleeping timings, moving your body at least for 20 minutes, eating right, using quality shampoo and oil. Very informative video. In monsoon time managing hair is very difficult task. My hair used to become very dull and frizzy post hair wash. On my cousin suggestion I have started using Anveya's Argan oil as my leave in serum and within its first use I was very satisfied with the result. till now I am using this for my hair.
