10 Month Old Baby Food | 10个月宝宝一天的辅食

Our baby is about 10 and a half months old. He has 6 teeth and has been eating solids since about 6 months old. We've been doing Baby Led Weaning for the most part, letting him self feed first, but would follow up with spoon feeding some cereal or pureed food. We're still careful about salt and sugar, doing our best to give him food free of these ingredients and making our own food most of the time.
