Nope but it is belived that the next update will emplament it, since developars kinda teased it, and it is one of the most requested features along paint scraches and and ability for cars to get dirty in real time

Yea it is preaty much impossible, there is no mobile device on the market as of now, that could run beamng at more than 1 fps

Well yes, but that is just playing on your pc with extra steps. I guess using nvidia gforce now could be also considered "playing beam on phone". Sine it is running somewhere else and is transmiting the entire game to your device where you controll it
