The RRS David Attenborough is really supposed to be RRS Boaty McBoatface. They had a contest to name the boar, the winner was "Boaty McBoatface", but they refused to honour the winner and reneged on the naming. It will always be "Boaty McBoatface" to many in the UK.

Indeed. US has a 130% Debt to GDP ratio, while Russia's Debt to GDP ratio is around 17.5%. Russia is doing better economically than the western nations that have put sanctions on it.
