Explorer is just ok. Nothing special. I prefer wearing Rich Leather by Zara. That is also a fresher take on Aventus. But CDNIM Limited Edition is the best so far. And I tried almost every Aventus clone out there 😅

I always reach for Dior Parfum or Elixir, any sent below the two will NOT hold long at ALL. I myself always get compliments too, what most men FAIL to understand is how colognes should be applied. . . it also helps if one's wardrobe pairs with certain fragrances. . .

80% of men don't wear a fragrance, even less are well dressed men, don't worry about smelling like a maximum of 20%, half or more of those are wearing something else, your odds are great just from wearing one period even a "common" smell.

Go with YSL Y EDP over Dylan Blue. Dylan Blue loses to YSL Y in every street test on KZbin, and it's always a total smackdown. YSL Y is the king of blue scents that ALL women love, which cannot be said for Dylan Blue or even Sauvage (every kid and his dog is wearing Savage - *yawn*). Get Dylan Blue if you need a perfect cheapo to burn off at the gym, but don't wear this stuff anywhere you're wanting to be taken seriously by anyone with any culture.

I had the same experience. My old magnetic cap bottle gets empty and I bought a new one. Much weaker and not so long lasting. Thankfully I bought it retail and I could bring it back.

Doesn't matter what people say that Dior Sauvage EDT is so common, it is still my most complimented fragrance. I have 200 ml that I got from 2019 and there's still about 40 ml left, it's not as common as most people think. I think the only place where I can usually smell it is when I'm in a club or gym locker. But in day to day basis like mall, grocery, or college I rarely smell it. My next most complimented perfume is probably Versace Pour Homme then Prada L'Homme, I've had several men and women ask me what perfume I'm wearing and they're surprised when I say it's Versace Pour Homme that only costs $50. I live in LA so most of the year it's pretty hot and humid.

I agree that Sauvage is not as common as people think. Fragrance enthusiasts tend to overestimate how many men actually wear fragrances in general and how many of them are willing to spend over $100 on one. From what I see stats wise, only about 25% of men wear a fragrance everyday and just over 60% will wear one occasionally, likely only when going out on the weekends or to special occasions like weddings.

I have Armaf sillage which is a clone of SMW and I absolutely love it. It's my favorite summer fragrance. It's a linear frag which doesn't change much in the dry down. Performance is also amazing. It's a beast mode perfume and lasts at least 36 hrs on clothes.

Nobody needs a thousand bottles of fragrance. It's not normal and probably a lot of your viewers who can't afford fragrances go out and buy them anyway because they watch you and other people who tell them it's a normal thing to have a thousand bottles of fragrance, then go out, buy a bunch and end up bankrupting themselves. I have about 300 bottles in my collection and for the longest time I thought it was the coolest thing. I bragged to everyone, and then I realized they probably looked at me and thought I was mentally ill.

Might get two days that week. Now, I do often wear La Nuit De L'Homme after my nighttime shower. Get home from work, workout, shower, then put on that. Gets me in the mindset of winding down for the night. The scent helps me relax.

I've had great results with Dylan Blue. I do overspray it, 10-15, on skin and clothes both. SOTD for me and just had someone mention smelling it after 5+ hours.

From my experience, in the cold it lasts long and projects well enough. But in the hot weather or if you are in the gym it doesnt have any performance, it just dissapears in 2 hours.

I recommend buying a sample! I recently bought one and the performance on Dylan Blue was ok, nothing special. Sillage and longevity were both average, even Missoni Parfum Pour Homme lasted longer (and I like the scent more as well, as did a woman who tested them with me). Both got destroyed by ADG Profondo and YSL Y edp in terms of performance, as far as blue fragrances go. It's not weak, but it's not a "beast mode fragrance". Try a sample for yourself, it could be 1. Different on your skin 2. people have different batches, so the longevity is different.

Something weird about Dylan Blue is when you do your first spray it will vanish in about 30mins to an hour, no skin scent, just gone! BUT! Then you do a 2nd spray on the same places you done your first sprays and then it lasts and performs amazingly!
