Yes of course. Pawn stars will never give retail value for an item. They are resellers and aim to buy low sell high. Auctions is the obvious choice for a super rare or collectible item. When you go to a pawn shop you are essentially being a middle man, Auctions put you more in the driver seat as to how much money you can get.
