I personally prefer seeing you showing the moviments. All the different images of people performing different moves are confusing.

Incorporate inhale and exhale breathing pattern into the action of muscles gives purpose to the exercise. It slows down the repetition and practice qigong at the same time.

Love you, and love all of your work. The feedback I'd like to give is that using an AI image for your thumbnail, is confusing. I de-select other workout videos "for seniors" from my feed because I'm not sure they'll be as encouraging and safe as yours - for me, you're the gold standard.. The marketing adage of "Like, Know, and Trust," is important, and you always reflect that in your videos. I'm sure you're running the numbers for views and clicks, so this is just my opinion, but I look for your smiling face each day. 🥰
