Why do you add images of other homes that have nothing to do with the ones you are talking about? Show us more of the featured homes or have less repetition.

A lot of people question the thermal insulation of a glass wall. Understandable if the comparison is the typical residential window found in most homes. But in reality, most of the cost associated with all of these "higher end prefabs" comes from the glass applications used. The window units themselves are triple, and sometimes even quadruple pane. This means that there are multiple air/gas layers between each lite. They are highly efficient which is why they cost a pretty penny. Some may even have layers of vinyl between to reduce outside sound to a minimum.
@rsuriyop10 ай бұрын
A lot of those prefabs shown just don't look very practical. I say that because most of the ones you're showing have fully glass fronts or sides. Which means that they're not very well insulated. And as cool as they may look, the people living inside would eventually want to get curtains or blinds to cover that all up to protect their privacy, especially from potential thieves. All that being said, I'm seriously thinking about getting a prefab/modular home myself. Just not like anything shown here.

Can y’all just stop the madness? Y’all know none of these homes are created to address housing issues and the expense of these are nutrageous so they are not created for moderate incomes however in the future with much competition prices may drop but not likely…Land cost building permits etc…Not affordable😮😮😮
@allenchilaxin4322 Жыл бұрын
No land permits needed off grid most of the time, they are comparable to having one built and some come ready to go with appliances. To build one, I'd need plans, an architect and would be lucky to find a builder especially if the roof is flat.My issues are in the comment.

Virtue signalling about modular homes now? This was never listed as a solution to low income housing and if that is something you are looking for you can search for that. And just because it isn't affordable you doesn't mean it isn't affordable for someone else, just like everything else like cars, clothes and places to live

Seriously, don't use stock footage when you are allegedly displaying real products. You use the same two shots of the roof for quite a number of the houses in addition to the same copy: "...seeking an alternative to conventional housing alternatives". You're not actually imparting much in the way of information.

This is a great synopsis showing some intriguing prefab homes. I'm looking for something I could have installed on a lot in the Caribbean. Does anyone create prefabs that would work well in a tropical environment?

So what's the thermal insulation value of glass? A majority of the prefab houses have lots and lots of glass. Many have an entire wall of glass. Is this good on a winter night? Is this a safe and secure place to sleep? These designs are to capture a "back to nature" felling. A freedom of comfort living in nature. I think nature will tell you to skyrocket your heating bill and leave you with a feeling of vulnerablity.

Governments should buy us all a house to support these modular home businesses instead of wasting trillions to support municipal employees salaries to oppress us by stealing all of our income to pay for their real estate portfolios, as rd to leaving us with no home, or assets, plus one acre of land, then governments can save trillions funding municipal housing programs every year!

Historic Bond settlement is presently being reported outside of the US. It's impossible to know what terms are being discussed. What form of payment is being given is unknown. This is privately held information. That this has happened is known. This is a private buy/sell which can happen anytime, anywhere in the world. What's interesting is that this is actually happening. Settlement of historic bonds is a major event. That this will trigger a cascade of events is undoubtedly the case. Events taking place in BRICS allied countries that is. All while the US sucks wind and gasps for help. Presently there are 120 countries on the verge of bankruptcy joining BRICS. These countries all seek to swap their USD holdings for silver or gold. None of the BRICS nations have a worry about USD. According to Basel 4 rules, all new bonds have to be asset BACKED. The BRICS allied nation states with their peg to China provides the necessary guarantee to aid. This is the death of the Central Bank and the US dollar. In evidence in every one of these countries. Contrast with the US which only has WW3 to focus on. This continues to be talked about, warned about, and and supported by NATO cronies, the Military Industrial Complex, the Biden Cartel/Admin, all of Congress; profiting from Ukraine, and the oil and gas crisis. The Agreement with Nick Fleming and a select few others, is still active for another few weeks. This Agreement lays the foundation for the start of RV GCR and NESARA/GESARA. *How much more must be handled before Military makes a coordinated stand?* This is the question of the day. The (fake) November elections are fast approaching. So is a predicted harsh winter. The chimera/matrix remains in evidence in support of WW3, all proceeding according to (evil) plan. The only wise response is to lay in supplies as needed. Be prepared to help neighbors who have not prepared. We know this is a minute by minute thing. We just can't know how many minutes we have.
