Ronaldo? two hat tricks recently , playing in a league that is somewhat below Europe's. It depends whether he draws the crowds and from what I've seen he does. You may think it's ridiculous but even at 38 he is far better than most, if not all, of the players on this list. As for the others, some of them have just been dealt a rotten hand by their clubs, Oxlade-Chamberlain was brilliant for Arsenal, even though he suffered from injuries, some just don't appeal to a new manager or the manager isn't good enough to motivate the players. As a last word, ALL pro footballers are overpaid, just like most celebrities, politicians etc.
