Pretty decent list, but here's some food for thought :) I'd pick a Green Lantern power ring over Batman's power suit. The Miracle Machine should be number 1, just because it's hard to use doesn't diminish it's power. And while I get the “Source” connection to the Mobius Chair, it's still just a teleporting chair connected to a big server. Lastly I'd point out, anyone can use the Anti-Life Equation. Kirby wrote stories about people using it, without even realizing it. And I'm not sure you could call it a weapon, because that's kinda like saying E=mc2 is weapon. I also hesitate calling Dr. Fate's helmet a weapon too- because as you point out, all it really is- is a physical housing for the Lord of Order Nabu in our reality (because his being would screw up reality if he was actually walking around). And in effect, the helmet let's Nabu (to a greater or lessor extent) take possession of the wearer. But whatev's comics!
