Mecha fought a tired Godzilla who was hunting for the mecha for weeks then battled Kong which further reduced he's ability significantly a fully powered Godzilla would fry mecha in no time where as a nuked up Godzilla was almost killed by Ghidorah. Definitely Ghidorah. Has flight, has more size and reach, has a rapid healing factor, and generates hurricanes which can engulf the world in neverending storms. MechaG lacks the extra heads, limbs, size and weather manipulation, plus MechaG is a machine made of metal with no healing abilities.
