Thanks for that. I do have a ZV1 and must say that using it has been somewhat difficult because of the low battery life.

Love the idea of putting the one wireless mic on the collar and the other where you want the sound effects to come from. Really useful channel for 'how to's' for filming... Thanks so much!

Tip from a rookie - use a Sony digital voice recorder along with a wired mic so you’re not tied down. Cheaper than wireless mic setups

Another great video simply explained. I feel like I am missing something. When you're filming at home, why don't you have the ZV1 plugged in for power and use as a web cam? I haven't got as far as finding out how to do that but I have bought a Camlink in the hope that it is a thing.

hi! guessing youre in hawaii (the shirt, the aloha at the end, but mostly the cinderblock construction)... are you available for hire as a consultant for this stuff? just a quick one time list of stuff and how it all goes together; i know the list is at the top but making it all play together nicely is the hard part. usually.

I wouldn't call batteries on amazon knockoff as they don't pretend to be Sony-branded. They're replacement products and some of them are really good. I use Newell and Newmowa batteries and chargers so far they seem to be as good as the Sony ones.

Damn I was just about to buy a dummy battery for a documentary shoot. Now rethinking this and may keep it plugged in to my external and buy a new battery. Thanks for the heads up. I'd be devasted to lose my footage because of that
@nachos4two Жыл бұрын
I bought a ZV-1M2 Friday and was extremely disappointed that keeping it plugged in did not let it run continuously. I was able to capture about 15 minutes of 4K footage before the battery died. For a stationary camera, a dummy battery may be the best bet if recording more than 15 minutes of footage at a time.

why 3 128gb? Why not just buy 1 256gb card?
@PhilipLemoine Жыл бұрын
You could do that too. I personally just dont like having ALL my footage on a single card just in case something happens to it and id lose EVERYTHING. So when I travel and vlog, usually id shoot on a new card each day im traveling. I dont usually shoot more than 64GBs per recipe or per day or travel.

Do you think you could do a video about how to convert tiktok followers to KZbin subscribers?
@PhilipLemoine Жыл бұрын
I don’t think you can. It’s two different groups of people. Nobody is going to watch a tiktok then stop scrolling and look you up on KZbin to follow you. Your best bet is to post your tiktok videos as KZbin shorts.
