I would kinda disagree with this, The magical quest 2 great circus mystery is even better than the original game and it's 2 player co-op also! I have all 3 magical quest games for the snes (3rd one is sfc only) , but the 2nd one is an even better hidden gem that no one ever mentions! All 3 are great and are worth owning! 👍

For me, Magical Quest 3: Mickey to Donald is the best Super Famicom. Not judt for SNES but one of the best games ever created, because it's perfect in every possible aspect of a game. I love it!

I got Super Aleste as another game with my SNES for Christmas back in the day and it's a great game and that soundtrack is banging. Used to play Super Tennis along with Super Soccer with my pals loads back in the day. Great list mate 👍

For those that don't know how to get these games, go order a sweet slide of Rassperry Pi system. This lil console can come with 10k games from every console you could ever want from the '80's to early PSX, N64. I love mine but just beware some N64&PSX games come buggy.

My SNES highlights include F-Zero, Final Fight, Zombies Ate My Neighbours (or Ghoul Patrol, it's sequel), Secret of Mana, Starfox (happy memories of that at my girlfriends house) and as a huge WWF fan during that time any of the Wrestling games released after Super Wrestlemania (although I bought that with my Street Fighter bundle alongside The Addams Family). Great system but I think I was more a Megadrive fan due to Madden and NHL.

Mystical Ninja is one of my most favourite SNES games ever along with the N64 3D one. I totally agree with you on turn based RPG's I've never been able to get on with them either, action RPG's however, are awesome. I've just picked up Vagrant Story so I'm hoping that is my cup of tea as I've read it's amazing.

Skyblazer looks really cool and it seems like it has a little bit of everything in it. Is Gaia action or turn based. I know for myself I definitely lean action rpg. You're not alone on not loving Mana. Scott just couldn't get into it either. That mystical ninja game gives me some real River City vibes Oh yeah! Saturday Night Slam Masters is an awesome game. SNES era is definitely when video games were still fun. Not much of an RPG guy myself. I just don’t have the time. I’m glad I’m not the only one that misses different ports of the same game. Some had a handful across consoles and handhelds and PC as well. Everything today is about graphics and 60fps which I could care less about. Probably makes me sound old saying that but I’m 41 years of age lol.

I agree with what you said about the sports games going for super realism and complicated controls. It would be nice to have some arcadey type sports games but with realistic sort of graphics. Not photo realism but not mario golf or tennis. Somewhere in-between and something that you can pick up, learn the controls and know what you're doing after a minute or 2. Them type of games are so much fun when played with a friend. My mate used to have a game on PS2 called this is football I think it was. You could purpously do double footed sliding tackles to injure the other player. We set the ref to be super forgiving and we would just try to murder eachother and maybe score a goal or 2. I loved it 😂😂

Someone must of traded their snes collection into Horsham CeX today as quite a few mint games as well as boxed I managed to get four games from that store Batman returns boxed Kirby’s fun pack boxed Pilot Wings Mint Killer instinct boxed, most of the mint games had gone as you can imagine but hopefully that’s a good sign their boxed stuff wasn’t far off mint and that killer instinct has got the killer cd 🤞

So I’m only guessing that his stuff is good as clearly a collector, but you know CeX only has to be a little bend or something and they won’t class it as mint! As I say only noticed a lot of stuff was traded in to that one shop!

Great video! I never got around to actually playing Skyblazer despite being aware of it forever. I did reasly enjoy Hook by the sane developee though. Mystical Ninja and Pocky & Rocky were two of my most played carts back in the day and I did eventually get good enough to beat both of them. I can't best them these days though. I recently borrowed your idea of putting a swivelly monitor in my office dedicated to Switch tate mode and I bought Raiden IV as well! Keep the good games room ideas coming!
