We definitely loved THE Steakhouse at Circus Circus but 3 you must check out are: Cornerstone Steakhouse at Gold Coast, Gallagher's in NYNY and William B's Steakhouse at Suncoast.

​@@jthyme7940 Gallaghers is solid, but it's gone downhill in the past couple years. I still go there 6 times a year thou. staff are GREAT. Nusret at NYNY. best service ive had in 20 years. portions were small and it was embarrassingly expensive. but the steaks were solid. I cant see how it stays open. its never busy.
