Great video as always! I would say Mh Wilds is a nice point of entry for newcomers ! They reworked pretty much all of the weapons. Though World and Rise are also newcomer-friendly. Just try a MH game someday, it's awesome

Wilds is an excellent entry point going by the beta. As the series has gone on its rough edges are filed down (some dislike this btw) They are getting easier and easier in terms of accessability while still offering stiff end game challenge for those that want it and seek it. Cant wait for wilds.

So much talk about how unstable the AAA industry has become lately and what it might mean for the future of video games. Meanwhile indie developers seem to be absolutely thriving as they are coming out with more interesting games than ever. I barely add anything to my wishlist these days that isn't an indie game.

I’m playing through Skyrim for the 3rd time but the first without mods to unlock the achievements on Steam (the fact BGS never redid the inventory system for PC in all of their Skyrim re-releases is unforgivable). Recently also replayed Guacamelee! SuperTurbo Championship Edition - the best platformer/metroidvania of the past decade/modern age and more fun/charming than Hollow Knight, by miles (fight me).

As long as Indie game developers keep making games with less than 6hrs of gameplay, many with an average of 3...I'll continue to avoid buying them.
