Awesome, as usual. Many times coins kept in some plastics develop polyethylene damage. This is not tonning and needs be removed by a professional restorer. Just dip it in acetone and you might make it much worse. On the other hand some types of paper coin sleeves, or note book paper, usually old papers are what causes the most common types of genuine tonning. Tonning is such a cotentious issue. Depending on how it happened, I am one of those collectors that feels it enhances the coins appearance. That all depends on the coins over all eye-appeal. Unfortunately there are too many unscrupulous dealers in the world and just out and out shysters. There are people, who, thinking they will increase the value of their coins, treat them with chemicals and ruin the coins value. I just got a few coins from an old man I knew who had saved them for fifty and sixty years. And they tonned beautifully! With golds and magentas and oranges, just gorgeous! But some people are faking it. Educate yourself to tell the difference. Thanks for another great video. Have a wonderful holiday season. All the best. Greetings from Vienna.
