This is good recipe for instant dosa - I would prefer to use - rice flour instead of wheat flour - since we already have sooji which is also wheat - thanks for the recipe - I also use Eno fruit salt instead of baking Soda - comes very well 👍👏👏👏

Mangalore udupi, konkani recipe In the Chutney you can add HINGU No need to add peanut or roasted chickpea Just coconut, red chillies, salt, hing, ( corriander seeds optional) and seasoning with curry leaves, mustard and black gram. (Pinch of sugar optional. ) Dosa is perfect

Mam i appreciate ur dosa is tempting, but i go thru a short cut, with only grounded rava, add a little bit of wheat flour, n half cup curds, dosa was super hit, but u also av ur choice, its g8 .
