Hi Shane, I appreciate your work. But as a remote work seeker I always find some issues with what you recommend. Sometimes for example the sites only accepts US residency. In this video: 1) Arise webbsite doesnt work when you register at their homepage 2) Nexrep doesnt accept any country at this time 3) Grader at micro learning application is CLOSED! 4) Grader at literably says that they give up to 10$ per hour And by the way these are the only ones i looked into :/

Pro tip, You DO NOT NEED TO KNOW MULTIPLE LANGUAGES TO TRANSLATE. You ONLY have to know the language you are translated to. You copy and paste the language into a translation tool, you can TRY and start with Google Translate, but it's better to pay for better software that has a better base translation. After that, you take the translation and fix it up. Most of the time, you can find the errors and use your brain to figure what would work better than the translation you got. For example, if your program of choice gave you "I take dog for walk every time" You can say a few different things. You can use context from the rest of the passage to figure out that time just means day, so you can write "I take the dog for a walk every day" or "Every day, I take the dog for a walk" and so on. Due to the nature of language, there is very rarely a proper one to one translation

I applied to some of these (and others for the same companies and similar companies) and got hired by two. However it is a far cry from the salaries that are reported here. You are typically paid by task and it is very very little. It's just a little over minimum wage if you translate it to hourly pay, and you only get tasks once in a great while. Nothing you can rely on for living expenses.

My husband is a programmer and customers have become quite tough in the past few years. We moved away from be larger city to a quite smaller rural area that gets a lot of snow in the winter. I homeschool our daughter and she has one year left before she graduates. I have been doing my best to get through this, but I am realizing that I need to get back to work as our daughter does not need too much of my help anymore. Thank you so much for your channel and I will continue to watch your videos. I did like and subscribed to to it, again thank you.

God forbid someone get caught with a friend eating an mdma roll when they were 18. Better make sure to dehumanize from there on so tbey really learn their lesson. Anyways even if i didn't have a felony im sorry but this video is full cap. We strugled many years to find stable footing and only did so through a temp to hire position tbat worked out into a remote job AND the only reason my wife got that is because she had been lucky to have another temp to hire job that was kind enough to take her with no experience. She only got the current one because she had a minimum years experience from the former. Its not that simple and tbings like this are meant to make people feel like they arnt trying hard enough. Idk maybe im misinterpreting. If its too good to be true, it probably is.

It will depend on whether you are hired as a part-time employee or a 1099 contractor. You pay taxes out of your pocket as a 1099. To be fair, if you track expenses and itemize on your taxes, you can possibly eliminate taxes. Learn what is a taxable expense and what isn't.

@@ElChapoMahn depends on the companies tbh. some of them still "can" but most can't because there's a law relating to having to be a full employee not contractors, or something along those lines--dont quote me verbatim. That's why some big companies like my previous employer can't transfer employees in some states into customer service over the phone/chat unless it's for some sort of health exception. I'm not fully aware, that's just what I've seen with basic research and was told so far. And it's real cos a lot of the vids I come across, once you put your zip code or state in their suggestions' job opening search, "sorry we have no openings for your region" T. T edit for additional info: so that just means we have to go through all the good suggestions in vids like this in hopes that one of them does hire in CA.

I used to do Arise. Not bad but getting started is a long process because some companies require a drug test and the training is usually a month long (unpaid usually). speaking of social media evaluation, your video does that thing where the camera is looking at you from a weird angle where you aren't looking at it. Yes it is a fun effect that you see in a lot of videos, but it is almost universally hated by viewers of informative video content. Save that fancy cinematic effect for your evening drama on tv.

Thanks for these!! I went ahead and filled out 8/10 of the jobs listed and already have some responses within 24 hours! I've been looking for work in my career, but these are great jobs that let me control how I use my time! Good stuff.

I would have been appreciated if you would have specified in the beginning of the video that all the websites you're presenting are accepting only US citizens, so I don't lose so much time!

Punk rock is culturally about defiance. I'm culturally about working a lot of hours, building out my van and guitars, and enjoying my remaining 20 years or so on earth. My punk album of choice is a good one.

Grinding your soul away for the man 'til you're on Death's doorstep doesn't sound very punk rock, brother.

@@citizen_grub4171 unless you're independently wealthy, you're going to be grinding your physical body till you're on death's doorstep for someone or something. But your soul belongs to God. My punk album of choice is perfect. And a perfect slap in the face to my most common adversaries. And just plain good art.

I grew up punk and have always done things my own way. Working for anyone other than yourself is selling out. Haha. What do you mean by punk album of choice?

@@rzadigi I like Shut Your Mouth And Open Your Eyes. I'm putting together 13 records and films to own so that I keep my influences tight. AFI makes the cut. It's the only punk record on the list.
