Have the windshield coated with some protection. Seen Jay Leno get it done for his P1 long ago. Its there on his video. If you try it & like it. Then go for other cars later on.

I think that these car manufactures got use to people not driving these cars fulltime and now that people like yourselves, DDE and others are doing so, the flaws are being reviled. It's awesome to see them being driven everyday and used. I can relate to that love hate relationship you have with wanting to drive or ride one of your vehicles but can't because it's in the shop. Love your content guys, stay at it and looking forward to 2022.

I AM SO GRATEFUL to have seen that P1 in person in Maryland. That car was an incredible machine. Everything was exotic, it is as if romans and brits came together from past and future and to make a masterpiece. This car is a marvel of engineering. Peace and Love from little ol BigPool Maryland! Wow, some really delicate mechanical flowers you guys have. Seems the more outlandish the car the harsher the reality. Thank god for appreciating assets eh guys? Get something like an Underground racing SVJ or a tuned Porsche 911 Turbo, just to have something to beat on and keep up with the hyper stuff when it's working. Or a convertible SF90 Ferrari, that thing is a good experience, you can set it to electric and drive top down or you can flat out and keep up with the quick stuff, very versatile. Savage Garage is showing us all the future of automotive youtube with his rally replicas, and there are some couchbuilt lancias out there that are amazing. You guys can keep the audience interested if you substitute apex with unique I think.

JWW’s shop in the UK has access to some extremely strong ppf for glass. They testest it on a sheet of glass with a hammer hitting it hard a Few times before they broke the glass. I would hit him up.

It goes back to why we love you guys. You actually drive them. You don’t hide them away, keep them as collector/art/museum pieces. But actually drive them to what they were designed for. To think of it, I would hate to be a designer and see a car I put so much effort into just to sit in a collectors garage. Why did I make it in the first place? 22k for a windshield. Thanks for an honest reveal of the life of a supercar/hypercar owner. If I paid seven figures for a car, I would expect it to be bullet proof. Sadly, they are not, and the repair process is just stupid. Ship it a thousand miles and say goodbye to the car and to your bank account. I always enjoyed being a crew member on a sailboat and not an owner. They are a hole in the water where you throw money. These cars are the same. Meanwhile I enjoy my Japanese car that never goes in for anything other than a fluid change or consumables like tires and breaks.
