I think unless you play this game competitively your first impression is that most characters virtually play the same. The only thing making them unique gameplay wise being their Justus and being a ranged fighter. You can get away with fundamentals easily in this game. Unless you play competitively. Most players will not know most of this tech unless they have hours of experience with other people. So people play their favorite characters or ones with really good jutsus. I don’t play pvp online though so I could be missing a lot of things that I didn’t take into account.

also you can make Jirobu busted, he has the speed plus item, which makes him very dangerous if you know what you are doing with him, his power is balanced by his lack of speed, but using the item, you no longer have that limitation, I love using that and then CSM 2

As a PTS Hinata main I am pleased to see her on this list she is so underated in these games. Her combos are amazing her tilt (Before Connection's) was really good and a great combo starter, her Dashing Double Palm is great as both a Support and a main use its a great jutsu to use to counter a Combo Chakra Dash after a Substitution, if your oppenent decides to try to keep their combo going after a Substitution has been used using Dashing Double Palm is a great way to stop them in their tracks. She also has a good combo that can go into her Ultimate, the combo is difficult to do but if you can get it off the damage you can do is insane PTS Hinata is so damn good and doesnt get enough recognition by the competitive side of the Storm Player Base
