Actually I have a hormonal problem because of past, I suffered from one problem which is one percent less than brain tumor, because of hormonal problem the Flow of periods is too less I use 1 pad for 24 hours from which I so many times suffered from rashes and how could I change pad in 4 hours please give me some suggestions.
