Hey MJ (Just noticed the abreviature sounds awkward...), long time viewer, first-time comment i belive. Anyway, the Hugo game was very known around here (EU, but i'm from Portugal) because in the mid 90s, it was a videogame TV show! Basically you would call to the show and then you would play the game, live from your home, using the key numbers on the telephone. The keys would make a sound that would make the character move. For example: 4 for the left, 6 for the right, 8 for jump and 2 for duck. The first version was a on-rail platformer similar to the ones we find nowadays on the smartphones. I tried my luck back in the day but unfortunately i never got the chance to play. Investigate, it's a fun trivia. Cheers!

Great video Jason! I enjoyed learning about games we didn’t get here in the states. I definitely hope you dig into the other stack.

10000 Bullets also was a cool action game made by Taito that US never got. It's also quite rare and expensive.

That space invaders game was one of the first games i rented from choices video here in Belper when i first got my PS2 in 2003. I actually met my now wife of 16 years and mother to my children whilst I was out buying a memory card for that ps2 around that time.

I picked up 1945 1&2 from a car boot sale for 50p. There are some great PS2 bargains out there over here in the UK still. Charity shops, car boots & Facebook are great for PS2 collecting.
