It's one of my favourite tips I've learnt from designing. It's so useful!! 😊

you can definitely stunt both palm trees and bamboo trees, palm trees are tricky i think bc they have to be placed on a sand path.. but i know for sure you can stunt them on the beach the same way you would a normal tree on grass

Interesting! I tried stunting palm trees on the beach and couldn't get my trees to stay the size I wanted. I'll have to try it again and see what I can do.

I stunted a palm tree on my beach by placing a tree sprout right behind it

I just discovered your channel! I love it so much! I learn something new in every video! Also, I appreciate you adding tips for people who don't have Nintendo Online subscription! As someone who gets overwhelmed with decorating, your videos are really calming!

My island is food-themed. I leaned more into sweets because the death of the "Sweets" furniture series from New Leaf immensely saddens me. But I have things like big veggie gardens, bamboo shoot and cherry tree forests, tide pools leading into different "seas" that branch off my island (for example a "tropical soda sea" with water designs of dfiferent colors) a beach barbecue area with bell pepper "stone" paths leading down to a wooden deck with grills and a cooler... But I've also got a theme park I've named "Rainbow Sherbet Dreampark" that's full of those adorable soft serve lamps and rainbow colors, my house is almost exclusively sweets themed with custom designed sweets paths and those fancy chocolate wallpapers, my VILLAGERS' houses are almost all sweets-themed... My island is incredibly varied and might not be as packed as other islands, but I've got a theme, I've worked on it, and I love it so much. 1100 hours of my life that I did NOT waste. There's always something new for me to do even if I think I'm done, so I wanted to thank you for the tips here too of course!! One thing I've learned from watching all these design tip videos is that everyone has their own way to play, and it's the greatest thing seeing how varied and creative everybody's island gets. Even if I'm not a fan of the aesthetic on someone else's island, they poured their heart and soul into that island and it's amazing. Maybe I play too many cozy games like this, because I get sentimental about this stuff. Just wanted to share my thoughts.

Aww thank you for the lovely comment! It's always so nice to hear about other people's experiences in the game. I love your island's theme and I can tell how much thought, love and care you've put into your island. To be honest, you saying about the loss of the furniture series from New Leaf also makes me reminisce about the furniture we used to be able to get from Gracie Grace. Even if it was pricy, it was always stunning, and I love that your island is an au mage to one of your favourite parts of New Leaf. You are 1000% right that everyone has their own way to play and there's always something special about talking to people about what they are working on and what they enjoy about the time they spend on their islands. It doesn't matter how aesthetic it is, or how perfect it is. Every island is perfect for the player who loves it. You never have to worry about getting sentimental about Animal Crossing! As a community, we have all felt like this for our favourite game. ❤️

I think you can stunt bamboo tree's, I remember doing so on a previous island. Same way you do normal trees. Also great video! I Never thought of the Mario pipes! I feel dumb.

Ah! I've never tried to stunt bamboo trees so I wasn't sure. Definitely something for me to try when I get around to a theme which uses them! Please don't feel bad at all! I didn't think about using them when I first started designing islands, but they are so useful for quickly accessing everything! 😊

Great video! You can stunt a palm tree by planting a fruit that is not a coconut. Bamboo shoots can be stunted the same way. 🙂

Ahh, I wasn't sure. I'm guessing it must just be something you can only do on the island, not the beaches. I tried stunting palm trees on the beach and that didn't work. I've never tried stunting bamboo trees so that's good to know as well 😊

heyy im new to acnh, may i ask how to get the storage shed?
@TwilightFairyx Жыл бұрын
Welcome into ACNH. We love having new friends around the community! You get the storage shed after you've fully upgraded your house and bought the additional storage expansion(s). You can find the DIY recipe, or the metal version of it, in the Nook Miles Redemptions Portal in Resident Services. I hope that helps! 😊

Thank you for correcting me. You can stunt all trees on the grassy part of your island by using fruit trees 😊
