Aw, when you mentioned the thing about the dogs, my heart jumped a few drops down because my family took down our dog recently, because he was biting anneighbour 💔 I am glad I have my cat still, and people have no idea how good those animals make you feel!! It is just so typical that my dog had to be taken down at this time, but at least that whole scary and sad situation made me feel a little less worried about the whole virus thing. And I am not getting insane 😅 stay safe everyone reading this.

Hey, I know staying hydrated is very important but consistently drinking 4 liters of water every day isn't that great for the kidneys... It's best to drink around 1.5 to 2 litters of water a day, and to drink whenever feeling thirsty, but forcing yourself to drink 4 litters every day is actually not that good for your health in the long run

@@lily0987 Actually no, I'm in med school and considering the kidneys' working system, 4 liters is dangerous. For the moment she may not see the effects, but by 40 she may need some kidney surgery 😢 The right amount is 1-2 liters a day 😄
