The transition from Close Squats to Uneven Squats is really big for me. I want to put my weight onto the ball of my foot instead of the heel.

thx for this i can do Bulgarian split squats but not a pistol squat and its nice to get some ideas on how to progress to it. I am finding my heels wanting to come off the ground with close squats is that calf inflexibility or should i work on achilles mobilization ?
