Great questions, that I definitely ask. I would also recommend asking a lot of questions around their hobbies, interests, what they think their strengths, weaknesses are, anything to know the whole person more. You might ask if you can connect on social media too. If you have all ready skyped several times and close to offering perhaps you can ask to co-interview them with their parents for further insight.
