@@ritikasharma4238 the size of the cups depend on how much you bleed... but in the beginning I would try the smallest version and if you bleed "heavy" then I would recommend to switch to a larger one.

I have been using a menstrual cup for the last few months and it has completely changed how I look at periods! No more rashes or unnecessary odor. You cannot even feel the cup once it's inside the body. I highly recommend it. There is most definitely a learning curve with the cup. It takes a couple of cycles before you get the hang of how you want to place it inside, but you just need to power through that and you will eventually find what works for you. Fully recommend it!

I would definitely suggest using. Mensuration cup , I'm 25 and have been using the cup since 2 years now , same cup that I can use for 10 years , got used and comfortable with it in 2-3 uses , actually helped me with the usual UTI I used to have due to tampons and pads , mensuration cups are amazing , do try .
