Advance Scout being able to target any creature is the type of politics jank I enjoy. Enabling others' attacks and thus also aiming them away from you. (Not saying the card is *good* mind you, just that I like what it enables)

Open the way is a 6.3. It's all about how powerful the lands are in your deck and the land synergies, too.

Open the way is a very strong card in commander. Urborg, cabal, glacial, cradle, library, field of the dead 😂 insane. A 7.5 for me at least.

According to mtggoldfish (and others) Open The Way is the best "casual" commander ramp card ever. If you play enough impactful non-basics (Nykthos, Field of the Dead, Coffers, Ancient Tomb, heck even bounce or surveil lands) the chance to high roll plus the flexibility is actually really good.

Which of the Enduring cycle have been the best for y'all? I've been playing both Innocence and Tenacity in my Amalia Brawl deck and they are both incredible. So many times people waste a removal spell on them and then they just come back as enchantments.

Open the way is 4.1 for me. Only because there's really only a handful of deck types that want something like this at all.. and even then, there is debate on when it's better than other options. But decent for a 4 mana ramp. When can we have Skyshroud Claim back? Lol
