Always appreciate your take bro. That D&G vintage formulation was my road dog and favorite cologne from like 2003-2011. Most complimented, great memories - signature scent for me. It was the one scent that I used to say was the only one I can't be without. But due to reformulations, I don't care for the current Made in France formulation nearly as much. It's no longer special. The OG formulation was amazing with that bold, sharp Lavender and sultry sweet Tobacco. I wish I would've picked up Dior Fahrenheit 32. GPH 2 was nice and I wore it a lot.

Thanks 619 for that offering on the Moulton Brown piece . I was fortunate to purchase for a good price...a 2014 vintage formulation Although I'm preferably into niche juices I cross over from time to time on designer pieces that basically are border line niche juice. I'm due to receive it this week. I will definitely hit you back up to give you my take on it.

GPH2 is great (got a full bottle and backup bottle myself) and I agree, GPH1 was too woody. Smelled like pencil shavings to me. years after GPH1 was discontinued, the guy behind GPH1 (Michel Almairac) made successor to this fragrance called bentley for men absolute. Smells very similar to GPH1, but with the harsh pencil wood note dialed down a lot. If you want something like GPH1 in your collection, I would pick up a bottle of bentley before that too is gone. Currently a clearance line on fragrancenet for only $35! :o

These are some great recommendations for real bro.I am so upset I never bought a bottle of Gucci Pour Homme ||. I know Parfum Vintage made a clone of it though. There use to be a brutha down here in Atlanta that had his own fragrance shop that a had a bunch of vintage scents. He sold me an OG bottle of YSL M7 for only $75 including a body wash.

Picked up Londinium in January at a Marshalls right after the holidays. Came in a set with a showerl gel of Orange a& Bergamot. Very mellow frag - somewhat dusty, but a huge hit of sweet berries and booze in the opening. A wonderful 'bar' frag. Doesn't last long on my skin and I kind of wish the oakmoss was the oldschool kind, but I'm glad to see I'm not the only one with a bottle!

I had the original Dolce WITH the bar soap. I used to call that Big Pimpin (watch the video and take a deep sniff and you’ll agree) I was like 21 at the time I LOVED it. The cologne man in the club bathroom STAYED with it. Now that I smelled niche I can DEFINITELY say it was niche quality. That and the ORIGINAL Versace Dreamer with the octagon box. MAN! To this DAY I never had so many women make THOT comments to me than off that. EVEN AVENTUS can’t compare lol Also try to find Givenchy Very Irresistible for him. ONE OF THE GREATEST GOURMANDS IN THE DESIGNER GAME!!! Man I had so much pull with that. If I could have 4 frags for life it’ll be Dolce Gabanna Pour Homme OG formulation, Dreamer OG formulation, Very Irresistible, and CD Homme Parfum.

The Gucci fragrances were made by Tom Ford while he was in charge of Guuci house . When he left and went solo they had to discontinue everything he made .
