6:48 Not true sir. Australia is one of the few countries that takes mental health seriously. Resources on this are plenty. They recently introduced "the right to disconnect" legislation where employees don't have to respond to the bosses calls after the work hours. People with disabilities are also given specific jobs that allows them to work with their condition.

(The better easier read version is in the replies) I know my spelling is bad here, but he annoyed me. But as a person that was born and rise here, being a young adult has more import in this topic than a British person that doesn't understand common sense. But if you see this and want me to correct anything please let me as more people import is important and getting fact checked is important in this day in age. If you do read any or all please let me know about any mistakes that I make. All the points is were he was just trying to bad a country is and giving proper excuses on why not to visit a country. #10. if a place doesn't have enough rules that the place goes into chaos like the uk and free speech and US with LA with turning kids trans, places needs laws and rules to function. #9. yes the driven is bad but it depends where you go in Australia, and most people does actually follow the laws, its people coming from other countries coming and driving on the roads that made it dangerous. As I been to all the states and territories and the ones with more people from overseas are normally more dangerous (but I'm biases so that's it for me), but its the driving culture, your go to a different country and complain about they rules as the is crazy people in the world that drive on a daily basis. #8. With places close early, it really happens to smaller shops to give the workers a chance to get things like groceries, food, etc. so they are able to cook they dinner, but with the stores like Coles, woolies they close at 9pm instead of 5 or 6 depends on what state or territory you are in. #7. you are wrong the internet connectively are fine here, we don't suffer from slow speeds or poor connections, it really depends on the hardware that you are using most of the time as cheap hardware for your phones and laptops, etc. play a massive part in this as it gives a better connection to the internet. Like I said we are able to stream, watch and play video games, it just depends on your hardware here as if you have hardware from 10 to 20 years it really puts a dent in your experience in watching, playing or just downloading. #6. firstly, just no, if you stay away from the areas that have the dangerous animals you are safe 99.9% of the time we may have some of the most venomous and poisoners animals but if you get bitten YOU GO TO A HOSPITAL, like fucking hell common sense, if you use it here than your fine, 99.9% the animals here are normally not that friendly but if you use common sense when your near them that you are mostly safe, but if you don't use common sense its not safe to be around any animals. #5. Are weather conditions are that extreme, the range is between 0 and 35 thought out the year, as where in other countries you guys have weather conditions through the year between -40 to 30 (Celsius) in the northern hemisphere have cooler temperatures than what it is at the southern hemisphere yes we do have bush fires, and they are dangerous but if you use common sense and let the people that know what to do to their job its fine. if you just stay in cities than your safe where most of the tourist will be there not in the middle of a forest. we do have floods but that is due to poor planning in the design of the area where it floods like everywhere else in the world, it comes down to the fact of the people that designed are fucking idiots that doesn't know what future proofing is. Heat waves happens everywhere in the world, due to climate change and other countries experience the same things that we have to deal with, its called living on planet earth or just a fucking planet you idiot. #4. are you stupid, time zones happen when the country is spread through a few time zones, are you going to say that USA has a time zone issue has 2 more time zones that Australia has, what about Russia, Canada, China, etc. If we have a doctors appointment in another state than its stupid no one is going to do it, lets say if I am in Adelaide and I have a call coming from Sydney and they are 30 minutes ahead of us right, and I book it for 2:30 there time its 2 pm my time, got it good, common sense its nice, if you don't get than your stupid. ITS NOT A FUCKING DISC, ITS ROUND, AND WHEN THE IS A CURVED SURFACE ONE POINT OF THE SPHERE TO ANOTHER POINT HAS A DIFFERENT TIME TO IT #3. I don't have mental health issues, as I am healthy both mind and body, so I don't know about this one, but watching this video this dude is inform on the topic of Australia and what people have to deal with on a day to day basis. but I know if you go out you can get like everywhere else in the world, as in the UK people don't get enough help because the government dislikes they people that come there and supports other races more than the own (I know Australia has a issue has well, but the UK is willingly asserting they own people up for comments online or in person as if freedom of speech isn't a human right.) No Aboriginals have the same or more amount of support as everyone else does, it depends where you are looking. ARE nation your British idiot, your far from being Australian Please do one of these for Japan because Japan has a bigger issue on this topic, as they are more incline of people being lonely than anywhere else in the world and on they own #2. Its not the 1700s where you have to get a boat that gets 6 to 12 months of travel to go somewhere its okay to get more than one flight to go somewhere, ok like what I said before, common sense. Flights will be expensive no matter where you come from and the visa thing is in most of the countries just to say its ok for you to be there. Of course its a worthwhile experience YOUR GOING TO ANOTHER COUNTRY TO SEE THEIR CULTURE THAT THEY HAVE. #1. Are you stupid it is like most countries and continents and most of the people near the ocean as it is more cooler and nicer than the fucking desert in most continents and countries. Australia is mostly flat and when you live near the middle of the country its hot, ok, near ocean good, middle bad, near ocean can grow crops better than middle due to middle being sand (I had to say a few times if he does read this) Uluru (airs rock) and Kakadu National Park are in Northern Territory but Uluru its at the bottom of NT (northern Territory) and the national park is at the top and the great barrier reef its in Queensland, the top right of Australia. So no they aren't close, its asking a person from the US if you can go to Disney world, New York City and see the golden gate bridge within the same day (unless you have the money for private plane). Only why I see any of going to Uluru, Kakadu National Part and seeing the Great Barrier Reef is if you hired a plane for a day so you can fly out there and see it within a day. It is not close proximately ok its quite far. Australia is like every other places in where the first world nations have issues, but these issues are better for us than you war, most of the nation being starved, or being murdered by gang members you know, so I would live than most other places in the world, because I have common sense. thanks again for reading Billy Bob

I said this to them but I used AI to make it better to read, here is what I sent: I used a AI to make it clearer for you but you can find the original comment on the the video: here is the link to the video and the title:kzbin.info/www/bejne/opyulXihmd1jj7M 10 Reasons Not to Move to Australia I know my spelling isn't perfect, but he really annoyed me. As a young adult born and raised here, my perspective on these issues is more relevant than a British person who clearly lacks common sense. If you spot any errors, please let me know. Accuracy is important, especially in today's age of misinformation. Here are the revised points, with clearer explanations and more concise language: 10. Excessive Regulation: He claims that countries like the UK and the US are chaotic due to a lack of regulations. However, many countries, including Australia, function well with a balance of laws and freedoms.9. Dangerous Driving: While driving standards can vary, it's unfair to generalize about an entire country. Most Australians are law-abiding drivers. Issues often arise from tourists or new migrants who are unfamiliar with local road rules. 8. Early Closing Times: Many small businesses close early to give employees a better work-life balance, allowing them to attend to personal matters like grocery shopping and meal preparation. Larger stores often have later closing times.7. Internet Connectivity: Australia's internet connectivity is generally good, with high-speed broadband widely available. Issues often arise from outdated hardware or poor network infrastructure in specific areas. 6. Wildlife Encounters: While Australia's unique wildlife, most encounters are harmless. Serious incidents are rare and typically occur due to a lack of caution or respect for the animals. 5. Extreme Weather: Australia experiences a range of weather conditions, including heatwaves, bushfires, and floods. However, these events are not as frequent or severe as in many other parts of the world. Effective planning and emergency response can mitigate risks. 4. Time Zones: Countries spanning large geographical areas, like Australia and the US, have multiple time zones. This is a normal occurrence and doesn't hinder daily life or travel. 3. Mental Health: Mental health issues are a global concern. Australia has resources and support services available to those who need help. It's unfair to generalize about the mental health of an entire population. 2. Travel Costs and Visas: International travel can be expensive and time-consuming, but this is true for any country. Visa requirements vary, but they are common worldwide. 1. Geographical Limitations: Australia's vast size and diverse landscapes mean that some popular tourist destinations are far apart. However, with careful planning and modern transportation, it's possible to visit multiple locations. Australia, like many other developed nations, faces its own set of challenges. However, these issues are often less severe than those experienced in countries with ongoing wars, widespread poverty, or high levels of violence. Personally, I believe Australia offers a relatively safe and comfortable lifestyle compared to many other places in the world. This is largely due to its stable government, strong economy, and effective social services Thank you for reading Billy Bob.

Australia is a physically beautiful country. The country is rich in minerals like Bauxite, Lithium lithium, gold, lead, diamond, rare earth elements, uranium, and zinc. Australia is also known for high crime rate and murder. Everyday somebody gets shot /stabbed in one of the state's, cars stolen at point blank or weoponised house/shop burglary. This trend will continue to grow and may surpass many third world countries. Murderers are always considered mentally unwell, so they are always pardoned in Aussie and send for mental health/counselling. The law is flawed and often lenient for criminals and murderers to get back in the community and continue with the same deeds. A synopsis from Land down under Where women glow and men plunder Can't you hear, can't you hear the thunder? You better run, you better take cover.
@Sup3rAJ2 Жыл бұрын
being an australian and loving my country very dearly; to any foreign person who wants to visit, please don't. Our country is fucked, don't expect our government to be fixing it any time soon. These (very correct and accurate) issues that were labelled probably aren't on the minds of our politicians. One of our recent prime ministers (Scott Morrison) was the man in charge who basically abandoned his country with a "vacation" to Hawaii during a fucking wildfire crisis and ONLY CAME BACK because we were extremely upset about it. He was also the same man who shat himself at a McDonalds and spent his valuable governing time on several talk shows using the political version of "Nuh-Uh." (this is only two of the things Scott Morrison has done) Driving is also a big issue here, you don't have to look hard enough to find a recent story about some dipshit who skulled a 12 pack of tinnies, jumped in the Ol' ford jeep and then plowed through a family of 5, killing 3 in the back and sending the front passenger to the hospital in critical condition, before wrapping himself round a tree and not living long enough to experience the guilt once sobered up. Roadworks are a joke (be fucked if they're working on the shit that actually matters) and you should be praising whatever god there is that you actually survived cycling anywhere. Cyclists (and motorcyclists to some extent) are NOT RESPECTED on the roads. PLEASE pay attention to your surroundings if you're enjoying your bike rides here because you are almost invisible to some people. Strict Laws are an issue, and to a small degree so is the police force. While a lot cops are very chill here, that does not mean some don't abuse the power they have. You could easily end up with a cop who just isn't having a good day and things just might not go your way. Americans may also get thrown off by the very strict gun laws which is fair enough for recreational use (though I still think having the laws is good, we have less mass shootings in total compared to America's number of SCHOOL shootings. (surprisingly mentally under-developed kids not having easy access to guns is safer than having access)) there's a lot to talk about, but to cap it all off. just move to England or something, the worst that could happen is maybe a light shanking.

Aussies already have their networks and they don’t necessarily need to form new friendships with the newcomers or the outsiders . So it’s lonely out there. The overall understanding of what a friend is, seems to be superficial too.

About the only thing that you actually captured accurately in this video was our horrendous internet, not horrendous enough though unfortunately for this video to play through. What a load of plop! Our remoteness is our super power, means it’s very easy for people to stay away from us, but they don’t unfortunately.

There is strict gun control in Asutralia which means that schools never get shot up and gun violence almost never happens. Much better to have a 'free' society where children at school have to learn drills for when their school is invaded by a crazed gunman. And it's disappointing to have to drive on roads where other drivers are strictly polliced on their drug and alcohol consumption. Your other 9 points are equally valid for why you would not want to live in Australia. Well at least you didn't begin your video knocking Australia with the New Zealand flag, like others have done.

You dint mention bout the poor street lights or no street lights at all on motorways.. can you imagine,there are no street lights even in the city roads..n the ones which are there hardly provide any light.if you hve to travel other cities,u drive at ur oen risk at night as there arw literally no street lights
@jvvoid4 ай бұрын
You'll find that all cars here have something called 'headlights'. These are very powerful, bright light bulbs at the front of a car that you can switch on when it's dark so you can see the road in front of you. You can also see other traffic because of the headlights on your car and all other cars. Almost everybody turns on their headlights when driving at night. There are also lights on the back of each vehicle - these are called 'tail-lights'. These are usually red in colour and not as powerful as headlights. Tail-lights let you see the back of vehicles at night time so you don't drive into them. Tail-lights and headlights are usually very effective at deterring crashes as long as you are paying attention to where the vehicles are on the road upon which you are driving. I hope this helps you enjoy your time here in Australia.
@gregsmith41022 ай бұрын
If we're driving at night we turn our headlights on. That is what they are there for.

Tail lights turn on automatically when headlights turn on. Brake light also operate automatically when the brake pedal is pressed.

so you are trying to say that there is no need of street kights around the city basically?@@jvvoid bcoz anyway,we can use headlights of the car or if you are walking,u can use torch light.thats thats they are meant for ..so this is how it is basically in villages too right. y is it called underdeveloped? Ppl are just so sick n blind that even if these citues are shit,they try to defend exactly like now ,how ppl are now defending. And if the same case hapoens to be in another coubtry( especially Asian countries), ppl jump saying those coubtries r poor n underdeveloped. whatif your car breaks down,you will wait for another car to put its headlights on or beg other ppl ij the car to help you. one of the most bullshit answer,it is to say, qe hve car headlights it seems. whst if on the way to another city,ur car breaks down. no shops,no ppl around and no lights also..woww!! thats exactly what is undevelope country is! for any country to be called " DEVELOPED", STREET LIGHTS ARE BARE MINIMUM. else its not a developed country at all.

You lost me on the very first point. We Australians *_like_* living in a safe country. It's a pity, because the other nine reasons are spot on.
@TruMyous11 ай бұрын
Living safe or living detached. When ppl are coming together globally n distances r reducing to bring ppl closer,Australia is one such country which is isolated. One of the main reasons for high expenses of daily needed items as none is grown or manufacturrd in Austtalia. They sll hve to be imported from other countries. Imagine the expenses thst increases due to the travel. Also online order ehich wud just take a day in other countries, it takes two weeks in Australia. Only ppl who want live like tarzan disconnected with world like it being isolated without ny facilities. I feel as if i m living in a stone age in Australia..

This guy is full of rubbish. What might be a challenge to a narrow little person living in a tiny country, is the norm for us. The rules are because we are a majoritarian society. We make choices based on the greater good. The accusations about drivers not understanding the rules or not using seatbelts is patently nonsense. Our animals are our pride, and nowhere near as dangerous as African animals, which you would be in awe of. Time zones are not difficult for anyone with a functioning brain. Not unlike in America. this chap is clearly from Paradise. A perfect society in the middle of everywhere they want to go. id love to know where that is.

Im 51 & i want to leave Australia. South Australia is 1 of the states that pays the highest electricity in THE WORLD! Aust pays the highest in tobacco, food, petrol we pay double what USA does & thats after the dollar is converted, land & rent is astronomical, police fines have trippled. Police in South Australia pick on road users so bad now, some people are too scared to drive at night. I finish work at 3am & i get picked up for no reason then being asked "why are you out driving at this time" like derr they can see im wearing a work top but they like to hassle everyone they can & get their quota's up. 28 yrs ago i was miscarriaging & i waited in the hospital waiting area for 3 hrs before i was seen. Can you imagine what its like now. We've had our right to defend ourselves taken away, we cant even carry a baseball bat in the car, if cops see it in the car we get charged for having a weapon- its ludicrus. We lost our car manufacturing industry Holden, Ford, Mitzubishi & Toyota factories all gone. We grow cheap ass rice here & yet we send our steel to china to manufacture then we buy this cheap weak ass crappy steel that you can bend with your own hands back from China Australia has nothing to look forward to, nothing good to build on. Politicians pass laws behind our backs, if we protest about it, we get put in jail, all us commoners have learnt not to stand up for our rights, we dont have the bill of rights, the 2nd amendment (i wonder why our government wont let us) we simply dont say anything anymore we bend over & spread our asscheeks & say how wide. This guy here is even commenting on how much immigrant's we take in... wow! I love this this country especially our animals but a lot people dont even respect that animals have a right to live in peace too. Animal cruelty penalitys are so weak- an offender gets 1 yr of not being allowed to own a pet & a fine thats it! In the US a person whos convicted of being cruel to animals goes to jail & gets treated as if they were a pedophile- why does this not happen in Australia, only reason i can think of is that most Aussies dont care about animals. Australia is going down the toilet its a simple as that
