I’ve seen a shadow person in my house and so has my mom. Sometimes if you wake up early in the morning and go out into the hall you see a figure walking down the stairs. I’ve also had lights turning on and off on their own, heard lots footsteps, and found things inexplicably moved from where they were before. I also occasionally wake up in the night and feel like there’s someone in my room. No one believes me but I’ve heard loud clear footsteps that sound like old shoes on a tile floor when completely alone in my house

When I was little, and living with my grandpa in Nepal, I often hear footsteps at night. It came from right above my room, the upper floor. It often terrified me as I kept wondering whether it was just my imagination or there indeed was a ghost, or home intruder wandering around in our house. I never had this problem after I moved to my parent's house in a different country.

In an attempt to move to grab the blanket, I tried the "wiggle your big toe" trick from Kill Bill, but it didn't work, so I said, "Screw it," and went back to sleep.

Matthew I've actually have experienced the sleep paralysis on at least 5 occasions! I was so freaking scared, what I saw was 2 very scary RED firery eyes! What ever it was, was directly on top of me! I've never felt so helpless in my life. I actually didn't know how to explain, or know what was happening to me. I thought it was just a horrible dream! Thanks for sharing!

Not everyone loses their fear of the dark. Plus, I’m a lifelong sleepwalker. And I don’t know that I’ve done it until my husband or I find evidence of my “adventures” the next day. I've had sleep paralysis before. But it felt like I was slowly being dragged out of my bed and couldn't do anything about it,it was weird and scary. And I've done the same sleepwalking before. My mom told me a few years ago. I woke up and unlocked the door for them and told them goodnight but I dont remember ever doing any if it. Today's day wasn't so good for me so I think I should help out quite a few of you. Anyone who experiences sleep paralysis should totally avoid sleeping in the position in which both your hands are on your heart or either your chest. Just avoid sleeping in the position people are put in coffins. This has helped me tremendously, and now that I do remember my experience of sleep paralysis was an old hag as well but she wasn't sitting on my chest she was eating some flesh on the bed and I was sleeping by the bed down on the floor coz I was in my aunt's house. Suddenly she came up to my face and started screaming without any voice. I too screamed at full voice but nothing came out. Then minutes later I was able to behave normally.

Hey Matt I was really disappointed to find some things out about your channel a few years ago. But honestly no one is perfect and I’m ready to come back to your vids with hope for better things to come for your content and mental health.
