10 Reasons To Holiday At Iberostar Grand Bavaro Punta Cana

July 2019 7 day all inclusive adults only vacation in the paradise of the Iberostar Grand Hotel Bavaro in Punta Cana. Have no worries staying here. The food, service and security are unparalleled. The staff sets this resort apart from comparable resorts. This was our second visit here. We celebrated our 31st anniversary and look forward to coming back as soon as possible!
I used a Samsung S8+ phone with Zhiyun Smooth 4 Gimbal to capture this video and still shots. At 60 fps there is minimal video stabilization, so some shots have a bounce. Using the Filmic Pro app and the ZY play app I was limited to 30 fps due to Galaxy's restrictions on 3rd party apps but the result is a much smoother video. Cyberlink Power Producer 14 was used for editing. This was my 2nd time using the phone/gimbal combo and look forward to improved video quality on our next trip!

When you stay at a the Grand (adults only) you have access to their sister resorts. We really enjoyed walking around the other resorts and even played in the pool area where the kids are. They have a lot of entertainment during the day by the family pool. When we were ready for some quiet time we went back the adults only Grand Bavaro! The weddings are very well done at the Iberostar resorts. You will have a wonderful time there!

Never been to punta cana what is an appropriate tip for the butler service. Do you tip daily or at the end of the trip.

On our first trip the butler service was just ok. So we tipped $50 at the end. On our last trip the butler service was beyond amazing! We tipped both butlers $100 each. We tipped $50 on the 3rd day of our 7 day stay. We thanked them for their service so far and told we would show them our appreciation again at our departure. Their response to our mid week gratuity was “We are only getting started!” and they were right. We were pampered beyond our wildest imagination as you can see from the nightly baths and bed covered in flowers, champagne on ice always and chocolate treats! Hope this helps and enjoy your stay!
