If you're really determined to go for research then biotech is good...but from job perspective it's really bad. I graduated in biotech and I have regretted every minute of my life in biotech. I had dreams of going for research only until I knew what research field looks like...you have to be curious all the time...you have to work hell lot of hours in the lab troubleshooting and uncertain about the results. Moreover after all these efforts what you get is less stipend. You need a job (say assistant professor) to support yourself financially. And to let you know getting a job as assistant professor is hell of a task and many get to teach only on contract basis. You can say money is not important to you but ultimately we NEED MONEY to sustain in this world full of inflation.

Here are my 10 extra tips to INCREASE your daily manifestations that I’ve learned over the years..👇🏾 1. Practice gratitude every morning. When you wake up, list everything that you are grateful for and feel that gratitude in your core. Feel free to write things down in a journal so it is easy for you to remember. 2. Replace your negative thoughts with positive ones. Every time you feel a negative thought coming on, make a positive spin on it right away. 3. Take ownership for things that happen in your life. It's easy to blame others however you will feel much better when you realize that most issues stem from us. 4. ALWAYS believe that good things are about to happen. By being open to new possibilities you are inviting abundance into your life. 5. Remember that like attracts like so you get back whatever you put out, whether it is good or bad. So do good AND received good. 6. Meditate for five minutes a day. During this time focus on how you want your life to be; but place your focus on how you feel AND feel that feeling as if you have already accomplished those goals. 7. Step outside of your comfort zone. Stop playing it safe and make that decision to finally go for your dreams. 8. Focus on activities that make you feel truly happy. When you are truly happy you have the best vibrational frequency to manifest your desires. 9. Avoid the naysayers and surround yourself with people who only lift you higher. Downers will be downers, don't let them drag you into their misery. 10. Don't be afraid to dream and know that you are always supported by the universe. Hope this helps! - Your Friendly Neighborhood Coach

hi , i'm following that develop of biotechnology and these report was nice , i would like to compliment to you but i have a question i have a lot of questions like a lot of "people" must have , i'm asking you what if every couple that would like to make kids in the future will need to make a vaccine based on the type of the dna that they have ? that means "people" with a lots of disease in the body must make a vaccine for every virus in theyr body , so semplified means for every part of the dna that is sick (or every part of the genoma that is estimated sick by the analis of the doctors ) there must be a vaccine and the thing is that people can't afford 5-6 other 10 vaccine in the body , so a final solution by biotechnology on this aspect that is giving lots of field to study - its such a big field of materia that i think is the biggest one in history as far as i'm concerned a lots of teories by differend fields comes unified to this one to create a new system of life a new system of building the thinks a new system to create protection by other systems ( that are dangerous systems ) and the next question is - what other fields are possible to be studied in this materia? , the revolution just began !

Biotechnology is one of the fastest growing fields right now, but it is centralized to certain parts of the world. There is no doubt if you are in a biotech area, your prospects will be great. But many countries do not have the capacity to fund biotech research. If someone tells you biotech isn't worth it, 99% of the time its because they're not in a geographical location where it is, not because anything is wrong with the field, so do not be discouraged, but be willing to move if you love this field
@amirah_p5773 жыл бұрын
Hi , i will be a second year biotech student and I was just about to drop out until I saw your comment. Can you please explain more what you mean
@sururkhan9683 жыл бұрын
@@amirah_p577 Biotech is an industry that requires a lot of policies and government funding which is not readily available at many countries. Look at Boston's biotech hub for example, that area you're sure to get a good job because of the way biotech is incentivized in that area. But if you look at a much smaller country, they don't have to facilities to support the kind of high tech industry it is and hence makes biotech very centralized to areas that can afford to let the field boom. Know that if you have the facilities to get to one of those biotech areas ( more than you think but less than you would expect for such a rapidly advancing field ) you will be in great shape for a very very long time. But if you're in a country that simply doesn't have the capacity to explore and contribute to the field, it's not a good choice.

@@areeshaagha9886 in intermediate if you take maths then you'll take Bio in Biotech. On the other hand if you take Bio in intermediate, you'll take Maths in Biotech.

Is Industrial BioTech and BioTech alone are the same?
@charleskidney42793 жыл бұрын
It is important to realise currently the effectiveness of biotechnology drugs average at just 25%. I have a master's in biotechnology. Not that means anything. But I work in the Industry. Merck for example has developed a new cancer drug. For lung cancer, later it will be marketed for other cancers. It's effectiveness 30%. A big jump from traditional treatment 15%. However 70% won't fair any better than not having taken the drug.

I need a advice, if anyone is willing to listen :) I’m a undergrad senior majoring in biology but am just now getting interested in biotech. How do I get myself in the field? I haven’t had any lab experience (outside of regular courses) but I know the industry likes experience. I also know I’ll have to get at least a masters. In what ways can I get research experience before applying for the masters?

You can try to volunteer to get some research experience

God told me suddenly in my thoughts that his plan for me is me to recreate Dinosaurs and imprint on them with my idea, skills, and God's Providence for materials, when I become a Biotech Engineer in Zoology guys! I will have faith when life aka people tell me different with their opinions in the comments below this video! So, I can do all things through Christ! Philippians 4:13 and 19 Bros and Sises! Amen!🙏🏼🤔🦕

Does genetic engineering separates it's self a lot from biotech ???, I mean I know that it does in it's self as the definitions and the object of study changes but what are the exact diferences really want to know from someone else and not a random article.

Genetic engineering and biotech is same .... someone deals with genes editing etc For elimination of certain types of disease ... that's called genetic engineer

I think biotechnology is rather broad. Biotechnology can be seen advancing the fields of agriculture, waste treatment and healthcare. I am in the faculty of biotechnology in my university. In it are departments such as biochemistry, microbiology, bioprocessing and molecular biology. The only department that deals extensively with genetic engineering is the molecular biology department. So to conclude, genetic engineering is a subset of biotechnology, but it isn't just another moniker for biotechnology
