I don't agree for the buses, not all people on it are there because they can't afford a car, some are there because their car has broken down, others because they don't have licenses yet, such as teenagers, third category are people who are too old to drive. Would you rather have people driving barely moving cars on the road, or teenagers driving without licenses because they wanna be cool and show how they don't give a shit about the law? Or even old people driving?

I think whats a lot worse (not in london, never been there, no idea) are people who drive in the middle of the road instead of their own lane and dont make way unless you either "flash flash" "honk" YELL or accelerate brutally directly towards them. Its worst in corners. One of those even made me almost kerb my alloys.. I didnt cause I only had to get a 2mm distance to the sidewalk to pass the moron without scraping the side of my car against his. Why do they ever drive like that? its like they have no sense whatsoever of the width of their care and are scared of the side of the road.

Well... two of my friends and I rode on the back of an SUV just to get down the street since the seats in the car were full with other people. The driver thought it would be a good idea to speed around a corner throwing one off the car, knocking him unconscious, and rolling him down the street. Horrifying sight. Resulted in a concussion and a 2 day hospital visit, but he's totally fine. No permanent injuries. So ya... he might disagree haha

If you actually look at the signs in bus lanes you'll find that you can drive in most of them most of the time anyway. Some are 24/7 but most are just a couple of hours during rush hour Monday to Friday.
