I just adopted a little dog from a high-kill California shelter. After carefully checking her physical features, I believe her to be a Havanese. She is the sweetest and most charming little creature. She gets along with all of my other pets and is constantly by my side. She loves life, and brings great joy to mine!

Got first one in 2004. Second in 2006. Poncho lived till 2022 ,nearly 19 . Second lived to be 18. No better house pet and companion. Left major scars on my heart to this day. 😢

My havanese dog is allergic to chicken, and since he didn't interact with other dogs when he was younger, he hates all dogs. He is a truly awesome dog ❤
