10 REASONS WHY PEOPLE LOVE IRVINE CALIFORNIA USA

It has historical sites, school, biking trails, giant tech/game work, and generally flat inclined locale(Turtle Rock area is hilly). It’s closed vicinity to night life but not in it, which means having to enjoy those events but without living with those rowdy crowds. The neighboring city of Costa Mesa has great food and the OC Fairgrounds; Santa Ana is a LA-lite; Laguna and Dana Point Harbor got gorgeous beaches and generational mom and pop businesses; Tustin and RSM are sane, normal cities (lol) with big retailers that for some reason don’t want to be in Irvine; and of course all the stuff in Anaheim is great to be nearby. It’s been through harsh gentrification so if you hadn’t settled here in 90’s or earlier, it will be costly.
