I have Layton and I found to be very potent. Just one spray fills the room. If you live in a hot weather area you should buy PDM Percival instead of Layton. Layton is good for really cold winter days but Percival is for all season.

I'm a seasonal collector as of a few months ago and I'm 30 years old I'm just now getting into the cologne learning about different notes and different sense and I have a small collection right now with some summer and random fragrances. Like Dolce Gabbana light Blue intense, mont Blanc explorer, club de Nuit intense man, and Rasasi Hawas, and I have a budget around 160 I don't think I would pay anything higher than $160 but then here is this, a few videos I've watched saying it's really good in it's a good longer fragrance very fresh good for what I thought was summer but I'm looking for something in the fall or winter and a lot of people say these. I'll definitely have to give this fragrance line a second look cuz I've heard Pegasus is another good one too.

A 10 out of 10. PDM Layton smells so good it can cause a traffic jam. People stop me every time I wear this. It is pricey, but at the end of the you will stand out. 8 to 10 hours on my skin.

Own all 3, so maybe I can help with your question: Carlisle, Layton, and Herod. In that order. Carlisle is an absolute monster for all 3 of your criteria, with Layton being no slouch either. Both are powerhouses, with Carlisle being just a bit stronger, because it is STRONG. Herod is a big turn downward on performance, sillage and projection. Which is unfortunate because it my favorite of the 3. I swear my skin drinks it. I have to spray it on my clothes but goddamn that mid is fucking lovely. Hope that helps and good taste btw. These are the holy fucking trinity of PDM for me. So far lol.

If you have not yet tried Carlsilse though, it is very good. And have not seen any comparison between the 2. I will usually get a pretty thorough impression on what I'm buying through reviewers, as I dont really f with samples. Hope that helps and cheers.

I now have Sedley, Kalan, Greenley, and Herod. Herod is a great for fall and winter. But I wear Layton the most.

Lol @ PDM is relatively affordable. I'm still waiting on one of the discount sites to lower the price of Carlisle

You should've been around a couple weeks back when I partnered up with a discounter to drop PDM prices for 24 hours. Layton was going for $172 & Carlisle lower $200s. In the grand scheme of things where niche can be going $300+ for 50mL, PDM ranks on the more affordable end
