You lose your privacy, people don't treat you the same/normal...which limits or changes any interaction you'd normally have...not necessarily for the better...I've always wanted to be a singer but fame is the LEAST inspiring most aversive potential side effect of being an artist :P It would be fun to get to wear high fashion art but...being stalked by paparazzi in mostly UNflattering vulnerable random human moments?
