You forgot brawling grounds 😅now that's a crazy strong card!

Haha I was originally going to include that card, but replaced it with Beanstalk! Agreed, that card is ridiculous! :)

Your videos are always great! Suggestion for a future video: Crucible Etiquette. I just had someone give me static because I played a 77 SAS WOE in casual; AITA??

Love your list! The only one I feel is worth mentioning that you didn't is Dr. Xyloxxzlphrex. The Mars creature with Elusive that reaps to put a Mars creature from your discard pile into play ready. It's a common, and if you have multiples you can pull off some crazy Mars turns where you can fight with and kill off some of your Mars creatures, then return them and use them again, or you can rebuild from opponent removal and still get full value out of your returned creatures. Great video as always!

Dr. Xylo has been insane for me too! I have one deck I've been able to Ro6 him and an Ironyx Rebel somewhat consistently, it's been wild!

"Chase" cards, heh. Loved your list! Island of Misfit Toys may be my current favorite, but I really hope to pull an interesting Witch Queen deck. Looking forward to the upcoming GR House deep dives!

I pulled an Island of Misfit Toys in one of my Menagerie decks, but I'm really keen to see how it works in a real GR deck! Witch Queen will be really exciting to pull, best of luck in your openings! :)

Pulled a deck with 3 of your chase cards! Beanstalk/Witchqueen/Memorialize the fallen. You are correct these cards are crazy strong.

Ooh that's sick! That deck sounds insanely fun, haven't pulled Witch Queen or Beanstalk yet, hoping to really soon!

Awesome video, awesome card list! I was really bummed when there was zero Geistoid pods in the 8 decks of my pledge kit, but even so I think I have at least 1 really solid deck. I haven't gotten to play it much yet, so my mind may change, but regardless I think the set is an absolute banger and if GG can keep up this energy in Amber Skies and beyond then I think the game will regain the traction it lost.

A question for Psychic Haze. If you only have Mars creatures in play, and your opponent's creatures are enraged. Since they can't fight, wouldn't that mean they can reap?
@failfurby Жыл бұрын
No, because they can't reap if you have zero creatures out too. Enrage is an exception to the rule you are thinking of.
@aembermedes11 ай бұрын
I believe they would be able to reap, since an enraged creature is restricted only to fighting IF ABLE. Just like if an enraged creature is facing an empty board, they can reap, but they wouldn't lose the enrage token. I would think that same rule would apply if it was facing a board of Mars creatures and Psychic Haze was on the board. It can't fight the Mars creatures, so it's not able to fight, and so it could reap but not lose the enrage token. That's how I'd see it!

Does retrotechnician Le just loop till rule of 6 with Kangaphant 🤔
@aembermedes11 ай бұрын
I don't believe it would; Le would reap, return a creature from discard pile to play, then get destroyed, if that's the order in which you decided to perform the reap effects. At that point, Le's already resolved its reap ability, so he can't return himself to play. That's the way I see it!
