Great stuff! So glad you picked "You Take My Breath Away", that is my favorite Queen-song!! Freddie Mercury, what a genius!!!

"Islands" is a stunning track. However, for me "Starless" is their best and most emotional track.

Thanks for sharing your deep experiences with these songs. So many resonate with me, on what would have been my Dad's 100th birthday. He passed in 2022. I feel like I know you a bit better though your musical experiences and knowledge, and what you've shared. Thanks for all you bring us! Some songs that choke me up are Dear Father by YES, Tears of Audrey by Kevin Gilbert, No-one is to Blame by Howard Jones, Secret World by Peter Gabriel, Death and a Zoo by Roger Hodgson, I Just Can't Let Go by David Pack, Telling the Bees by Big Big Train, What You Leave Behind by D'Virgilio, Morse and Jennings, The Last Bells of Winter by Les Penning and Robert Reed and Spectral Mornings 2015 by Beggs, Booth, D'Virgilio Hackett, Longdon and Reed

Thank you Vicente for sharing not only your knowledge but your deepest feeling about this bunch of songs. I concur with you on some of them, being “Afterglow” and “You take my breath away” two all-time favs of mine. I will add the ones that immediately come to my mind: “Soon” from Relayer’s “Gates of Delirium”, “Awaken” from “Going for the One”, “One for the Vine” from W&W. By the way, don’t you think “The Carpet Crawl” from “Seconds Out” is by far better than the original version? There are lots of songs I get emotional with. More recent picks are “Let Down” from OKC, “I Wear tor Ring” by Cocteau Twins or “Night Song” from Julia Holter. Please, keep on doing videos which help us discovering gems hidden out there!

Agreed on "Soon". It just didn't spring to mind. "One for vine" and "Carpet Crawlers" are great examples too. I'm more of an early Genesis type of fan but I think Seconds Out is their best live album. I prefer most of the live renditions to originals even with PC as leading voice. I think the Abbey Road reissue is really well done. I played it twice in a row when I bought it. It's that good!

I knew we connected musically and your comment on Parsons and Queen hit a home run (over produced and mediocre at best).
