I'd probably say the wildest thing I've seen myself is back in like 2018 I think somewhere towards mid spring me and my friend saw something that resembled like a car beams in the night but it was in the night sky. You could see that what ever the light source was, was at cloud height because the light shined length wise throught the clouds. It spanned almost the entire sky and was creating shadows too. And we saw these on I think 3 occasions between 2 weeks.

About 35 years ago, S. bound I-5 in Shasta County Cali. it was dusk. West side, there was a triangle shaped object hovering (no sound of propellers etc) with 3 different colored lights at each point.
